Process Overview...

Contractair enters into a Personnel Leasing Agreement with the client and Personnel are leased back to the operator:

• Suitably qualified personnel are identified and approved by the client against pre-set criteria

• Personnel are issued an appropriate contract of employment by Contractair

• Personnel remain under day-to-day management and control of the client

• Contract of Employment will exactly reflect working conditions

• Personnel are paid by bank transfer at the end of the month by Contractair
