What is Logger?

The Logger module allows you to electronically record information on patient encounters.

You complete required fields and save. Because the application is web-based, you can

access and add cases conveniently. This provides a current and comprehensive record

of your clinical experience on each clerkship.

Patient Encounter Tracking & Reports

Each clerkship has defined requirements(patient types, diagnoses, procedures).

New Innovations will help you keep track of how well you are meeting the objectives of each clerkship.

Clerkship directors and coordinators can view online reports of student progress.

In the event that a required area is lacking, clerkship directors may mandate additional activities or experiences.
