Introduction to Southeast Asia and Oceania

• Go to the Sheppard Software mapping games website– http://www.sheppardsoftware.com/Geography.htm– You can also find this under useful links, or just google “mapping games”

• Click on “Asian Geography Games”• Under “Countries,” play “Level L – Tutorial”

– Select “Southeast Asia” from the dropdown menu under “Game Controls” on the top right

– Go through all of the countries of Southeast Asia, reviewing the “Country Information” as you go

• Go back to the main mapping games website and click on “Oceania”

• Under “Countries,” play “Level L – Tutorial”– Go through all of the countries of Oceania, reviewing the “Country

Information” as you go• Pick what country you want to write your essay about

– Only two people in each class can do the same country– You will be able to work with a partner when researching, although you

will have to write your own essay
