• Prerequisites: Experience of project work
• Objectives: To know the basic principles and methods of project selection, initiation, planning, follow-up and control, and closure. The perspective emphasizes the role of the project manager responsible for all the phases of the project life cycle. One specific objective is to be able to create and maintain a project management plan.
• Course Contents: Project selection, planning, implementation, management, control, closure and evaluation. The course focuses both on project leadership and management issues

• Implementation: Introduction, classroom-based lectures and laboratory work, intermediate checking of the project work, and the final seminar take place in the classrooms and computer laboratories
• The assignments including the project plan and exercises are returned to the Optima learning environment
