On-premise solutions This means the software is installed on a server physically located at the customer’s business

premises. Most licenses are sold on a perpetual basis and are treated as a capital expense.

Cloud solutions These solutions are accessed via the Internet and are paid for on a subscription basis. The software

Managed EDI Enablement A strategic package for clients looking for a rapid and cost effective transition to B2B Compliance. Managed EDI Enablement encompasses EDIFACT and ASC X12 for the SAP Business One platform with the client prerequisites as determined by the process, ie obtaining a GTIN* (Global Trade Identification Number). Through this unique fixed price, one stop solution we are now enabling our clients documents to be mapped and to enable electronic trade with the trading partners in a seamless manner incorporating full integration across Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Acknowledgement’s, Purchase Order Change and Invoices.

Warehouse Link Edition Managed EDI Enablement Warehouse Link Edition enables capture of package level details and SSCC shipping label print information and to create ASNs automatically. Managed EDI Enablement allows B2B ecommerce between suppliers using SAP Business One and their trading partners such as Coles, Woolworths, David Jones etc. The seamless SAP Business One Managed EDI Enablement integration enables efficient and accurate automated processing of large volumes of EDI transactions. As a result, Inecom customers are able to cut costs, improve efficiency, eliminate errors, and accelerate the order-to-cash cycle.

Managed EDI Enablement streamlines EDI operations. For example, EDI purchase orders are seamlessly integrated to SAP Business One sales orders. Once the items are shipped, information is passed to Managed EDI Enablement to generate and transmit the EDI invoice to the trading partner.

SSCC Labelling SSCC labelling (for pallets and logistics units) is a key component of the wider B2B framework and is essential in certain circumstances to trade effectively. The SSCC acts as a unique licence plate for every pallet in the supply chain, enabling efficient and accurate identification, management and processing of pallets in high volume DC environments. SSCC labelling allows the replacement of manual, repetitive, time-consuming and error-prone tasks with fast, accurate and traceable electronic processes, delivering an optimised end-to-end path that benefits Inecom clients and the trading partners. While SSCC pallet labelling will often be linked to a full SAP Business One B2B solution, SSCC pallet labels can also be generated independently of such a system (with a computer, software, connected printer and roll of labels) to deliver significant benefit without a wider B2B implementation. As an example, Coles encourages all Grocery, GM, Chilled, Frozen and Liquor suppliers to transition to the use of SSCC pallet labels for all inbound pallets, or begin actively sourcing this capability. SSCC pallet labelling will be required on all pallets delivered into these DCs and Chambers from January 1st, 2016 (Fresh Produce DCs are excepted) The Managed EDI Enablement Warehouse Link Edition enables capture of package level details and SSCC shipping label print information and to create ASNs automatically.
