We specialise in turnkey engineering workshop solutions, to meet the needs of educational and technical environments, including: schools, colleges, universities, vocational training centres and other educational establishments. Our specialist services offer support and guidance throughout the process, ensuring your workshop installation is a success from the first consultation to final installation.

Flamefast’s Project Managers all have technical, engineering and educational backgrounds. This allows them to better assess a project in order to advise, specify and recommend the best approach, to accommodate the relevant curriculum requirements. Therefore delivering safe and efficient working environments.

Our Project Management service includes:• Full in-house CAD/REVIT Design service (completely free)• BIM (Business Information Management) trained technical team• Free expert consultancy and advice from Flamefast project managers, with an established and recognised record

in technical education• Advice and recommendations on the latest workshop compliance requirements, recommended

HSE/COSHH regulations• Full planning and delivery schedules/plans are communicated to all parties concerned, to ensure all project

deliverables are completed within agreed schedules and to budget• Planning workshops to suit all budgets whilst still meeting curriculum requirements

Our detailed floorplans are created in CAD or REVIT 3D (BIM 2 Compliant) to assist with:

Installations are always carried out by Flamefast CSCS certificated engineers, good planning is a prerequisite for a trouble-free workshop installation. We remain on-site throughout the installation and final commissioning, to ensure all statutory requirements covering HSG258 and BS4163:2014 are met, and other HSE advisory requirements to machinery planning such as Building Bulletin 81 & PUWER 98. Flamefast also ensure that the Electrical Installation and Testing to current BS7671 regulations are met.

On-site training is part of your package.

INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

Using tablet based technology, the integrated Flamefast reporting system allows engineers to generate service reports automatically on site. Reports are then sent directly to the customer, as well as updating the customer asset database. The system then diarises a reminder for future service visits, and also flags recommended works that remain outstanding from the last visit.

Flamefast offers services throughout the UK with offices located in Warrington, Glasgow and Sheffield.

COMPETENT AND QUALIFIEDENGINEERS

All Flamefast Engineers are Gas Safe and have the appropriate BOHS qualifications, which includes P601 & P602. Respective staff also hold other qualifications relevant to their roles, these include NEBOSH, IOSH, CSA, CSCS, PASMA, IPAF and more.
