Great hairstyles need strong hold. What’s the point in spending precious time in front of the mirror if the first gust of wind ruins everything? Unfortunately “strong hold” often is associated with an unnatural feeling of stiffness. Processing: Add Alcohol and Baycusan® C 1008 in a vessel and stir until uniform.Once in solution, add Panthenol and mix until homogeneous. Filter and fill in aerosol cans. Charge cans with Dimethylether. Additional infos: VOC 50 aerosol formulation. Packaging type: NKPM 425.834 (Coster), Body orifice: 3.9 mm Ø, Stem orifice: 1 x 0.3 mm Ø, Actuator: V21.85/212 (Coster).

Raw materials: 1 PVP-K90, Ashland.Processing: Combine Phase A except Hydroxyethylcellulose and mix. Start to heat to 75 °C. Add Hydroxyethylcellulose and mix until homogenous. At 40 °C add Phase B under stirring and mix until homogeneous. Check pH. If necessary, adjust pH to 6.0 – 6.5 with Aminomethyl Propanol.

Processing: Add all ingredients of phase A in a vessel under stirring, at room temperature. Transfer phase A in a pressure vessel. Inject under pressure phase B at room temperature to the pressure vessel.

Raw materials: 1 Pemulen™ TR-2, Lubrizol. 2 Euxyl® PE 9010, Schuelke & Mayr.Processing: Combine phase A at room temperature, stirring rapidly. Add all ingredients of phase B in a separate vessel while stirring. When the phases are uniform, add phase A to phase B, mixing continuously. Add phase C and the emulsion is moderately homogenized. Check pH. If necessary, adjust with Sodium Hydroxide to 5.5.

Cool down to room temperature. Add all ingredients of phase C successively with moderate agitation. Continue mixing until homogeneous. Adjust pH if necessary to 6.5–7.0.

Processing: Phase A is combined under stirring and homogenizing at RT. Add all ingredients of phase B in a separate vessel under stirring, while heating to 80 °C. When the phases are uniform, phase A is added to Phase B under continuous mixing. The emulsion is homogenized with high shear. At 40 °C ingredients of phase C are added one by one. The emulsion is moderately homoge-nized. Cool down to room temperature under stirring. Check pH. If necessary, adjust with Sodium Hydroxide to 6.5 –7.0. Additional Info: Tested on mulato hair.
