• Three tenements in the Northern Zone – Shikila and Kabwima North and Kabwima South. • Shikila is 30km east of Lumwana and 20km northwest of Kansanshi in the Lufilian Arc. • The Kabwima tenements are midway between Kansanshi and Chingola on the Copper Belt. • Two tenements in the Hook Granite area - Bulala Hills and Mwongo, near to Blackthorn’s Kitumba

discovery.

• First Mining Act 1997 which allowed areas to be granted to Zambian Companies.

• Most companies took up ground around known copper showings.

• Prior to that concessions awarded directly to companies.

• Exploration was absent from the mid 1960’s onwards until the new Act in 1997.

• Sedgwick acquired tenements in 2004.

• Limited exploration in 2005 – 2007.

• Reapplied for tenements in March 2009 under new Zambian Mining Act 2008.

• 4 tenements finalised by September 2010.

• Sedgwick and Chrysalis HOA January 2011.

Shikila • At the convergence of several thrust zones trending east west and south east north west tested with one

core hole in 2006 to check Roan Selection Trust (RST) drilling of late 1950s-early 1960s. • Sets of cross faults trending north east south west. • Lumwana to west, Kansanshi to east. • Nama lateritic Cobalt/Nickel owned by Caledonian Mining

Kabwima North and South

• RST drainage geochemistry from late 1950s (thin line shapes).

• Mutenda (thick line) tested in 2005/2006 with soil geochemistry.

• Grade thickness contours - (see Fig 4 blue lines) and total thickness of mineralised zone (Fig 4 beige colours).

• Possible north east, south west trend similar to regional fracture directions. Kansanshi high grade cross cutting zone on a similar trend.

• Shallow dipping zone of mineralisation capped by secondary limestone (possible thrust fault infill) – (see Fig 3).

• Old drill holes were not sampled where there was no visible mineralisation.

• Drill Results April 2006 – (see Fig 3).

• Airborne geophysics (magnetics for the stratigraphy, radiometrics for trace uranium as at Lumwana and Kansanshi).

• Latest image technology for geology, ground electrical geophysics for north east south west fracture/fault trend

• Drilling for extension of medium grade large tonnage sheet model, cross drilling for higher grade small tonnage fracture model and two check holes for assay intervals not sampled by RST.

• 2,000 metres RC planned drilling 2012.

• 700m core planned drilling 2012.

Kabwima North (Mutenda) 1950’s RST stream sediment geochemistry identified drainage anomalies.

Wide and close soil sample lines completed in 2006 (see Fig 5), as the area was most accessible to roads.

Results of open hole drilling at Area C and Area A (see Figs 6 and 7).

• Kabwima North and South airborne geophysics and imagery.

• Possible electrical geophysics over Mutenda.

• 2,000 metres RC drilling at Mutenda after the airborne survey.

• Soil sampling programmes over the other 1950’s drainage anomalies on both Kabwima North and Kabwima South.

• Mainly outcropping range of hills.

• Associated with the Hook Granite complex and the Mwembishi Dislocation, (Figs 9 and 10).

• Volcanic sequence not sediments as was previously mapped by government geologists.

• Beds of magnetite at base of volcanic sequence

• Previous exploration discovered float of magnetite altered breccia up to 3% Cu near top of the hills.

• Blackthorn discovery approximately 50kms to north.

• Programme of airborne geophysics, geological mapping and rock chip sampling planned for the first year.

• Covered by transported soils.

• Previous drainage geochemical anomalies found in 2006 (Fig 10).

• Immediately east (~5kms) of the Blackthorn Kitumba Prospect and has potentially similar geology of high level intrusives.

• Polymetallic deposits mined in the early 20th century, Sable Antelope, Silver King, Copper Queen among others in brecciated carbonate pipes in syenite to the immediate west.

• Programme of airborne geophysics, satellite imagery and soil geochemistry for the first year.

Overview – Western Australian Projects Doolgunna • Exploration Licence covering 18.5km2 and located 20km west of Sandfire Resources

DeGrussa Cu-Au massive sulphide deposit. • Chrysalis drilled 12 holes at these 5 target areas for a total depth of 1,172m. • Project has displayed alteration and sulphide mineralogy. • Joint Venture Farm-In Agreement with Talisman Mining Limited, May 2012 (ASX: TLM) West Angelas • Located within world class iron ore province 135 kilometres west of Newman, and

approximately 35 kilometres west of the 25Mt per annum Rio Tinto ‘West Angelas’ mine.

• No previous history of any iron ore exploration conducted within project boundaries. • Stage 1 Drilling identified significant widths of CID in our Turee Creek East CID. • POW approved for extended drilling (RC) programme. Pioneer • Located within a world class gold province comprising an area of approximately 31km2

and is located approximately 30kms north northwest of the township of Norseman. • Discovery of both ‘supergene’ and primary lode gold systems within Project

boundaries in three drilling programmes. • Comprehensive review of data collected over the last 15 years and further database

compilation being carried out by CSA Global. Other Projects Gregory Range (Fe) Spring Creek (Fe) Horseshoe South (Cu/Au) Windarra Project (Ni)
