With a top of the line facility, Rush Sports Performance offers 23,000 square feet of professional style training environment and equipment for all skill and age levels. With 11,000 square feet of climate controlled indoor playing field and 5,000 square feet of industry leading strength training equipment, all your training needs are easily met. We have a full service physical therapy clinic and a state of the art Cryogenics chamber and offer a players lounge, study center and conference room.

Executive Summary

Todd McMillon

Edward Hisey

Todd is a former NAU college standout and former professional football player having spent 5 years playing for the NFL Chicago Bears and 3 years playing for the CFL Saskatchewan Roughriders. Todd and his wife Erin have 3 young children and in addition to operating Rush, also run a successful landscape design and maintenance company in Phoenix.

Edward is a former US Army Apache Helicopter pilot, played football at Western Michigan University and was a multiple time All Conference and All State High School QB. With over 12 years experience coaching youth sports he helped lead the Bayfield Wolverines to the Colorado Division II High School State Championship in 2015. Prior to Rush he founded a national service business that generated over $5 million in annual revenue with 400+ employees.

Jake Bogan Team Sales

Jake is a former competitive bodybuilder and has over 15 years experience coaching youth sports including flag and tackle football and soccer.

Luke holds numerous national certifications Including CSCS, US Powerlifting, M.O.R.R. and CSPS. He also worked for 3 years under legendary speed and performance coach Chip Smith in Atlanta and is a former professional arena football player.

Ian Barreda Performance Coach

Coach Ian is an amateur MMA competitor and holds numerous titles in high school and collegiate wrestling as well as grappling. He is also a certified Parisi Speed Trainer.
