• October 2017 signed agreement with Maricann Group Inc., one of Canada’s largest producers and distributors of JuJu Royal products throughout Canada and Western Europe Jan. 2018.

Jeffrey Britz, Chairman & CEO
Jeffrey Britz, Chairman, is poised to lead Drop Leaf LLC to great heights. Mr. Britz has a consistent track record of success building and operating large, successful, public and private companies in various industries during his 50-year career. Initially, Mr. Britz took over a small family owned fabric company and turned it into one of the 50 largest publicly held garment companies in the United States. The company, Pacesetter Industries, grew to almost $50,000,000in sales and had over 2,000 employees prior to Mr. Britz’s divestiture. Subsequently, Mr. Britz founded First Realty Reserve, a real estate syndication firm that owned over $200,000,000 of commercial real estate through limited partnerships. Jeffrey will round out the executive management team and chairs the Board of Directors.
Travis Belcher, President & COO
Day-to-day operations are led by Travis Belcher, President & COO and creator of Drop Leaf LLC. Travis has significant experience with various large scale grow operations on the West Coast. This time has provided Mr. Belcher with a thorough understanding of the principles and logistics of outdoor cultivation, hydroponics, and greenhouse growing. In addition to Mr. Belcher’s grow experience; he also brings 15 years of successful business management experience to the Drop Leaf executive management team. A large portion of that management experience was dealing with reggae musicians which allowed him to build relationships that are now being leveraged to connect reggae music, Rastafarian culture and the cannabis industry to exploit the natural synergy that already exist.

Mr. Mark Scott was appointed Consulting Chief Financial Officer and Secretary on June 1, 2017 and was a consultant since December 1, 2016. Mr. Scott serves on the Board of Directors and Secretary of GrowLife, Inc. since February 14, 2017 and as Consulting Chief Financial Officer of GrowLife, Inc. since July 31, 2014.
Mr. Scott served as (i) Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Visualant, Inc., from May 2010 to August 31, 2016. Mr. Scott was Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Rare Earths, Inc., a consulting position he held December 19, 2011 to April 30, 2014 and Chief Financial Officer of Sonora Resources Corporation, a consulting position he held from June 15, 2011 to August 31, 2014.
Also, Mr. Scott was Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of WestMountain Gold from February 28, 2011 to December 31, 2013 and was a consultant from December 2010 to February 27, 2011. Mr. Scott previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of IA Global, Inc. from October 2003 to June 2011.
Mr. Scott also provides consulting services to other non-public entities from time to time. Mr. Scott has significant financial, capital market and relations experience in public and private microcap companies. Mr. Scott is a certified public accountant and received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Steve Morris, VP of New Business Development
Steve Morris has been a passionate advocate for cannabissince his youth. That passion turned into a career in the industry seven years ago as the regulated medical market matured and legalization passed in Colorado. Morris has worked in every aspect of the industry and managed retail, grow, and infused product licenses.
Prior to his career in cannabis, Morris worked in a variety of areas in the music industry including radio host, performing musician, artist/media relations, event management, and die-hard music fan (a full-time job!). The synergy of music and cannabis is the foundation for Morris’ passion in his quest for the finest cannabis strains in the world.
Jennifer Taylor, Director of Operations
Ms. Jennifer Taylor is a highly motivated, versatile, self directed and detail oriented individual having more than 17+ years of supporting executive officers and office management within the medical industry. Ms. Taylor has been the Director of Operations for Dropleaf, LLC since February 2017.
Her main role is to oversee the day-to-day operations. Her daily tasks include but are not limited to; customer service, administrative and financial management, sales operations, systems organization, quality control and event coordination.
Ms. Taylor has been in the cannabis industry since September 2014 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Her chief role was to educate patients and consumers of proper dosage intake, aid in their treatment plan, and cannabis advocacy along with the daily operations of the clinic.

Eric Singer has joined International Cannabrands Ltd. to head up their efforts to license and roll out Branded Concept Storesunder the Julian Marley JUJU ROYAL Ultra Premium Cannabis name.
Mr. Singer has been involved for many years in the Retail and Food industry store development construction process throughout the United States.
Eric’s credentials and expertise run the full spectrum of the complete retail store execution that includes the coordination of Leasing, Architectural Design, all facets of Engineering, Landlord and Governmental Construction Approvals, Fixtures, Equipment and the Construction process thru to the store Grand Opening.
Eric has worked with numerous independently owned and operated organizations as well as nationally renowned chain operations, both privately and publicly owned. His highly acclaimed professional associations include Candies Shoes, Autodesk, Kenneth Cole, Nathan’s Famous, Quiksilver, Chock Full O’Nuts, Hollywood Tans, AMF Bowling Centers, Michael Jordan Golf, Sam Edelman Shoes and BurgerFi, to name a few.
Eric’s industry knowledge, personal attention and standards of excellence have successfully propelled his roster of work to the forefront of their respective market niches.
