    Contract sum: RM120 million

    Date of commencement 1 Jan 2013 & expires in Dec. 2019.

    Empayar Indera Sdn Bhd (51% equity) Extension of new contract 5 + 2 years (1 Jan 2020 to Dec. 2024 +2) Contract sum: RM126.1 million for 2 years and to

    be reviewed every 2 years.

    2. A 2-year contract for 13,084 km, Agriculture Road Maintenance for the State of

    Perak.

    Awarded by State Government Perak

    Contract sum: RM90.1 million for 2 years

    Date of commencement 20 Feb 2017 & expires in Feb. 2019.

    Empayar Indera Sdn Bhd (51% equity) Extension of new contract 5 + 2 years (March 2019 to Feb. 2024 +2) Contract sum: RM90.1 million for 2 years and to
