The Congress is under the patronage of the

President of the Republic of Austria Dr. Heinz Fischer

The inclusion congress is organised in the context of the European Life Long Learning Academy

ELLA in partnership with the IB-Behindertenhilfe, Germany and the Institute for Vocational

Education, Professional Training and Development of the Austrian Young Workers Movement

(ÖJAB). The congress will take place on 12th November 2015 at the Europahaus Vienna

(Linzerstraße 429, 1140 Vienna).

The congress programme encompasses presentations of participants from 12 different

countries, highly renowned keynote speakers, more than 20 workshops & presentations, as well

as one top class round - table discussion with the Austrian Minister of Social Affairs Rudolf

Hundstorfer.

The aim of the congress is to emphasise the importance of inclusive education and inclusive

world of work, as well as to promote innovative approaches.

We aim to bring together companies, political representations, people with disabilities, social

organisations, adult education centres, universities, teachers and project partners committed to

the inclusion of people with disabilities.

The official congress language is English. The workshops parallel sessions will be conducted in

English or German. Simultaneous interpretation from German into English during the round -

table discussion as well as a sign language interpreter during the whole congress will be

provided.

At the end of the congress, the ELLA Inclusion Party will create the perfect opportunity to

socialise with experts from all over Europe and to enjoy the rest of the evening.

The congress venue is barrier - free.
