A person or entity that is a subcontractor of any person or entity that has submitted a bid to the City or entered into a contract with the City and any Owner and spouse or domestic partner of any Owner of a subcontractor.

Persons Doing Business or Seeking to Do Business with the City of Chicago and other Government Entities

Contributions from the following persons or entities are limited to $1500 during a calendar year:

Any person or entity (including all affiliates) that has done over $10,000 of business within any 12 consecutive months during the preceding four years with the City of Chicago, the Chicago Transit Authority, the Chicago Board of Education (including the Chicago School Reform Board of Trustees), the Chicago Park District, and the Chicago City Colleges.

Any person or entity (including all affiliates) that is, within six months before the contribution, seeking to do business with the City of Chicago, the Chicago Transit Authority, the Chicago Board of Education (including the Chicago School Reform Board of Trustees), the Chicago Park District, and the Chicago City Colleges.

Seeking to do business includes, but is not limited to, any matter that was pending before the city council or any city council committee in the six months prior to the date of the contribution if that matter involved the award of loan funds, grant funds or bond proceeds, bond inducement ordinances, leases, land sales, zoning matters, the creation of tax increment financing districts, concession

Any person with an ownership or beneficial interest of more than 7.5% in such entity and his or her spouse.

The President, Chairman or Chief Executive Officer of such entity and any other individual fulfilling equivalent duties and the spouse of any such person.

Any employee of such entity whose compensation is determined in whole or in part by the contract with such entity and the spouse of any such person.

Any corporate parent or subsidiary of such entity, any subsidiary of any corporate parent of such entity and any tax-exempt organization or political committee established by any of the above entities.

Contributions from the following persons are limited to $1500 during a calendar year:
