SHOW CARS No early entranceCollections of 3 or more vehicles must have prior authorization to arrive before 6:00 a.m. Thursday.

SWAP MEET 4,187 sites; limited electric service. All swap meet spaces must have auto related merchandise including vintage, nostalgic and memorabilia. No food or beverages may be sold.COMMERCIAL SWAP VENDOR: An area being offered north of the Tower and inside space(s). Limited electricity available.Strictly Enforced - No Exceptions. Only Vendors will be allowed in for set up on Wednesday July 11. Staging begins 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 11. Gates will open at 10:00 a.m. No spectator admission prior to Thursday at 6:00 a.m. No disruptive generators or construction generators allowed.

CAMPING1,600 sites with shower facilities, water points, restrooms, reception center, and buses to the show grounds. No electrical hook-ups or on-site water. Campers who arrive earlier than 6:00 a.m. Thursday will be charged $30.00 per space for Wednesday. Volunteers are not in this area until 10:00 am on Wednesday. NO entry before 10:00 a.m. No open ground fires or bon fires. Self-contained fires are allowed, weather permitting. Do not dig fire pits. Grills/ campfires must be contained and attended at all times. Ashes must be disposed of in clearly marked containers found throughout the campground. Vintage Camping has limited spaces near the campground barn, it is developed for Campers 1975 & older.No disruptive generators or construction generators allowed.

CAR CORRAL 1,000 sites are available for people wanting to sell their vehicle(s). There is no cut-off year for a vehicle to be for sale in this area. The year 2000 and older will park in spaces numbered 1 – 34. 2001 and newer vehicles will park in 37 – 70. If pre-registered and have a picture available, we will post on web page prior to the show and until September 1st. Vehicles on trailers are allowed.

Here’s What’s New This YearNEW SWAP VENDOR MIGRATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESSYou asked for it, we listened. As a trial this year, we’ll be allowing EARLY ENTRY for swap vendor setup. Beginning at 7am on Wednesday morning (July 11), gate 19 will be open for staging in a similar manner to last year, using the color-coded system to allow for space and efficiency. At 10am, we will allow entry from the staging area into the swap area using same four gates as last year. We expect this to be very efficient and allow for a much longer setup time for vendors. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY TO THE STAGING AREA PRIOR TO 7AM ON WEDNESDAY. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. ALL OTHER RULES WILL APPLY, NO PUBLIC SALES ARE ALLOWED PRIOR TO OFFICIAL SHOW TIMES ON THURSDAY. WE HOPE THIS GOES SMOOTH AND CAN CONTINUE.

CAMPGROUNDS OPEN EARLIERIn conjunction with early swap setup, the campgrounds will also be open early on Wednesday, beginning at 10am. An additional $30 will be charged for the additional day of camping. No entry prior to 10am will be allowed.

NEW COMMERCIAL VENDOR ZONE- WITH INDOOR SPACES!Due to popular request, we’re adding a Commercial Vendor Zone near the tower. This will be a hybrid midpoint between tradi-tional swap spaces and sponsorship. Starting by the tower/flagpole and going north in a high traffic location, we’ll be offering 10’ x 30’ commercial vendor spaces, and 10’ x 10’ indoor spaces inside what was traditionally the Breakfast Shed. (Breakfast will be relocated inside the main activity center). These spaces will all include electricity and are intended for Commercial/business vendors only.

STAY SET UP UNTIL 5PM ON SATURDAYWe were encouraged to see an increased number of vendors remaining setup and selling late Saturday afternoon. Again this year, we expect vendors to remain engaged until at least 5pm on Saturday. We will not guarantee renewal of spaces for vendors that choose to leave early. Attendees expect to come and see a full show/swap meet, and empty spaces hurt commerce of fellow ven-dors. We encourage vendors to stay and also take advantage of the concerts and cash prizes.

FREE CONCERTS ARE BACK!Feedback from the concerts was very positive and we hope to see continued growth. Expect a similar offering in 2018. We hope vendors/exhibitors/attendees will stay to enjoy.

VENDOR CASH DRAWINGLast year we offered four ‘must be present to win’ cash prizes for vendors. We were elated to see that ALL FOUR VENDORS were still present and able to collect their prize. We hope to see the same this year!

CAR CORRAL WILL ACCEPT ALL MODEL YEARSBy popular request, we’re opening the car corral to all model year vehicles. Older vehicles will be separated from newer ones to help buyers find what they’re looking for.
