The Dubai Club for the Disabled is proud to introduce the official Team

Accommodations Guide for the 2016 IPC Athletics Asia-Oceania

Championships in Dubai, UAE in the Period 02-13 March 2016.

1. AL BUSTAN RESIDENCE

Come and explore the fully furnished Hotel-Apartment in Al Qusais, Dubai - Al Bustan Centre

and Residence. Divided into six residential blocks, these impressive rooms and suites are

available for short and long-terms stays, family holidays, and are perfect for business and

leisure travelers looking for a “home away from home”. They consist of Studios, Executive

Suite (one-bedroom), Ambassador Suite (two-bedroom), Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Suites, Club

Rooms and Club Suites.

Al Bustan Centre and Residence offers 640 rooms and suites to its business and leisure

guests. The rooms are spacious, studios cover 30 sq. meters, one-bedroom is spread over

60 sq. meters, and two-bedroom over 90 sq. meters. Every room is equipped with a

kitchenette, basic appliances like a cooker, toaster and refrigerator, dining and living space. A

family of four can comfortably stay in a two-bedroom apartment and enjoy their time

together. Business travelers can attend to their guests at ease in the living area. Accessible

to shopping malls. Al Bustan Centre & Residence is a 5 minutes walking distance from the

competition venue Dubai Club for Special Needs approximately 400 meters away.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Al Bustan Centre & Residence has the highest number of rooms designed specially for the

disabled. There is 10 rooms available for the disabled according to international standard.

Hotel lobby is equipped for the disabled equipments and accessibility of wheelchairs and

even in reaching to the hotel swimming pool.

Booking Procedures

Bookings will be processed on a first come first serve basis as we block a specific number of

rooms and will be subject to hotel availability.

Final Hotel Booking Confirmation

The deadline for the final hotel booking is January 31, 2016.

Booking After 31st Jan 2016 :

It is recommended that at this stage, National Paralympic Committees should confirm the

hotel booking reservations in which can be guaranteed to be used. The cancellation of rooms

could result in charges to the National Paralympic Committee and additional rooms will be

available at a later stage through the Late Accommodations Booking Process.

Rooming List

National Paralympic Committees must provide a detailed rooming list for your hotel bookings.

The dead-line for the rooming list is Feb 10th, 2016. For National Paralympic Committees

who do not submit a rooming list by this date, the LOC reserves to the right to generate a

rooming list based on the information available on their behalf.

Payment ProceduresUpon receiving the final hotel booking, Dubai Club for The Disabled will receive a detailed

Proforma Invoice for review. Full payment should be done and received on the February 1,

2016

Cancellation Policies• Any cancelation between 31st Jan – 15th Feb 2016 will be charged 50% from the total

booking cancelled .

• Any cancelation after date 16th Feb 2016 will be charged 100% from the total booking

cancelled

Regular Check-in & Check-out timing

Check-in:- 12:00 Pm.

Check-out:- 16:00 Pm.

Early Check in & Late Check Out Policy

Early check-in between (08:00 Am – 12:00 Pm) will be free of charge & subject to availability

Early check-in before 08:00 Am will be charged full night.

Late Check-out after 16:00 Pm will be charged full night.

Oriental, Indian, Asian and Italian flavors at the Food Court.

Al Bustan Centre & Residence will have a buffet style catering available per the following

timings;

Breakfast : 06:30 hrs – 10:30 hrs

Lunch : 12:00 hrs – 15:30 hrs

Dinner : 19:00 hrs – 23:00 hrs

Note : Timings can be change and adjusted according to LOC request.

any additional will be Charged with 1.5 $USD each for Sports Clothes.

Note: Any damage to the rooms and other hotel facilities will be estimated and charged to theconcerned person accordingly.

Shuttle buses to/from the hotel to the competition venue are available.
