We are able to provide a variety of Customer Services functions for you, including:

Our customer service structure is focused on consistency and performance, ensuring that we have the right number of people at the right time in the right place. We understand that everything we do is time sensitive to ensure the integrity of the � ight schedules and service delivery levels.

Our Training Team always work closely with Customer Service sta� . � ey ensure that everyone is trained, competent in their duties and aware of any new customer products. � ey also continuously review current practice to ensure that we are always improving. To ensure that all our trainers have current, relevant knowledge and skills, they are rotated through the operational front-line in various positions.

We also track the performance of our Customer Service support against our own key performance indicators to ensure that we give you the service levels you expect. � ese indicators are internally reviewed on a regular basis.

CHAUFFEUR LIMOUSINE SERVICE

Go Chau� er has been operating since 1999, transporting VIPs to and from Heathrow Airport, other UK airports, central London and other parts of the country.

We have a � eet of new luxury chau� eur-driven limousines, � tted with Wi� , as well as a range of Mercedes-Benz S Class, Mercedes-Benz E Class, BMW 7 Series, and luxury Mercedes-Benz V Class (8/9 seaters).

We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, reliable and executive service to our clients. We do not out-source our service, preferring to deliver a high quality, personalised service.

Our sta� are able to meet and provide a VIP Escort Service as soon as soon as the client comes o� the aircra� by escorting them through the Fast Track Channel, taking them through the formalities of Immigration and to the Baggage Collection Hall. We can arrange porters upon request prior to the client’s arrival at the Customs Hall, and have their luggage delivered outside to their waiting limousine cars. Once at the car, our customers can relax in comfort with bottled mineral water and a daily newspaper, as part of our standard service. All our drivers are multilingual, professional and courteous, and in full smart uniform. � ey are regularly CRB background checked.

MANPOWER SUPPLY & REFERENCING

We can supply sta� to your business on long or short-term contracts.

IPS o� ers � exibility, competitive prices and wide experience in ensuring that your needs are met. We supply manpower to the Airlines, Ground Handling Companies, Cargo, Security, VIP Lounges, Retail, Chau� eur, Logistics, Porters and Cleaning Companies.

We can provide sta� for you to train or keep, or provide the actual service to you and manage that service accordingly. We can help you ensure su� cient sta� for peak times such as summer and bank holidays, by hiring on a temporary basis to assist in servicing the increased demand. We can aslo help you cover maternity or long-term sickness periods.

Referencing sta� for their new jobs or for airside passes can be very time consuming and it always seems to occur when there are many other tasks you need to complete. IPS is happy to undertake referencing on your behalf, to save you time and money. We are skilled in this regard, as it is part of our business to ensure that we always reference to DFT and Airport Authority standards.

We can also verify that the sta� have the right to work in the UK and conduct perform Criminal Record checks. In addition, we provide GSAT training if required to make them security aware when operating in an airport environment.

� e IPS Employment Referencing department recognises the importance of accurate and timely referencing in order to support the hiring process of our customers. Good people are central to any business which makes the di� erent tasks in the hiring process important. We � t well into the recruitment cycle performing the checks that you require and working with you towards a successful hire.

Our sta� have considerable experience in performing referencing checks and have pride in their tasks. � ey are seasoned sta� who have a vast experience in our business and industry. We also maintain our client’s con� dentiality and work behind the scene to support their business. We are � exible to our customers’ needs and today are responsible for the following matters:

• Obtaining references for the candidate for the � ve years before the start of the potential job.• Using our best endeavours to check the status of the candidate’s health, where speci� ed in the client’s necessary criteria.• Work permits. • Criminal record checks.• GSAT training.

AVIATION SECURITY

IPS and our partners are premier providers of specialist services worldwide. Together we provide a full security service to care for all of our client requirements. We can o� er a complete and dedicated package for all their needs and can work with external agencies to national levels.

We provide a high-quality bespoke personal security service for discerning clients.

We use only known and quali� ed operatives and provide the most appropriate service to meet the requirements of each individual client. Our operatives are drawn from suitably quali� ed military, police or specialist civilian backgrounds. Our specialist protection teams are made up of operators who are vetted and selected speci� cally for each role.

Our training division has developed a series of security training courses to meet National and International security standards. We train sta� in-house and also cater to the needs of outside sta� and related industries. � e Division has highly quali� ed and experienced trainers approved by the Department / Regulators of UK. � e training modules are constantly updated to include new regulations, new laws, current security threats etc. � e latest training devices are used to make the training stimulating and to bring the knowledge of the trainees to current level. � e training modules are based on the requirements of UK security but could be adapted for other countries as needed.
