A Templ:>rary Operator's Permit (TC:lP) shall authorize; a driver to operate a motor vehicle for a period of seventy-'!Wo. (72) ' hours orily, Furth'er, all .apprehensions are deemed admitted unless contested by filing a written conte~t within five (5) days from date of apprehension. Hciwever, failure of. the driver to pa)\ i he corresponding penalty within fifteen (15) days frnm the date or appr!'lhension i s;hall cause the automatic suspension of his driver's license for a :r1eriod of thirty '.($0) days irom t he date . of apprehension, in addition to the fines and penalties prescjjbed here.under. The L TO shall resolve a contested case within five (5) days from receipt of said written contest.
