JAX-M1
JAX-M1 is the only turnkey asynchronous optical sampling imagery system dedicated to industrial and scientific applications.
JAX-M1 operates from 10 Hz to 1 THz and measures the variation of reflection coefficient of a sample with a probe impulsion after its excitation by a pump pulse. Using this time resolved spectroscopy method, we produce high-resolution images based on mechanical properties.
Synchronised pump and probe ultrashort laser pulses allow picosecond accoustic techniques as well as time domain thermoreflectance. JAX-M1 offers very attractive features for large panel of measurements at a nanoscale both on industrial and scientific levels :
