In September, 2013, our top earners enjoyed the best Incentive trip ever, in Cabo San Lucas. It was a chance for us all to come together to relax, play, socialize and recognize our achievements as a community. From Zumba on the beach and all-inclusive accommodations, to nightly entertainment and all-you-can-eat international fare, fun was had by more than 800 qualifiers and their guests. Top point earners were recognized from stage and received extra perks at the resort, such as swim-up suite upgrades, VIP treatment and club-level access, among other things. Big announcements were also shared by Mannatech leaders. “Best excursion yet! We weaved a blanket on a wooden pedal machine, stood on the Tropic of Cancer, visited La Paz, stepped in the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez, and stood in front of Hotel California (in Los Santos) and sang the famous Eagles song! It was awesome and NEVER will I miss an Incentive!” - Merri-jo Hillaker During the final night, dinner and reception were enjoyed by all on the beach. Everything was decorated in orange, and everyone celebrated barefoot while wearing their orange and white attire. Bacon’ Cheese Crostini’s Ingredients:• 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2" slices (I use potato rosemary baguettes)

• 1/3 c. mayo OR plain yogurt OR a mix of half mayo and half yogurt OR 2 Tbsp.

Vegan Mayo/1/4 c. Soft Tofu blended together will work great

• 1 green onion, diced• 6-8 Turkey Bacon OR Veggie Bacon slices, cooked and diced

• 2 cups Shredded SHARP jack/cheddar cheese OR SHARP Vegan/Nut Cheese

• sea salt and pepper to taste• 1 scoop NutriVerus powder

Heat oven to 400F. Place baguette slices onto baking sheet, bake for 6-8 minutes

until lightly toasted. Mix all ingredients together except for the NutriVerus powder.

When baguettes come out of oven, add approximately 1 1-½ Tbsp. of mixture onto

each toasted baguette slice. Bake for another 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

When baguettes come out of oven, sprinkle NutriVerus powder on top.
