All materials used are suitable for sour gas environment except the coil springs. Grease points are located on each spring housing, allowing the space within the link carrier/spring housing assemblies to be packed with grease, protecting them from wellbore fluids.

An up to 50% reduction in friction mitigates the need for expensive tractor operations or pipe-conveyed wirelineoperations. The unique design ensures continuous tool centralisation ensuring the highest quality of log data is acquired downhole.

High accuracy: Create better logs and minimise mis-runs with our unique design. Equal spring force is applied to each annular link assembly, combined with the high manufacturing tolerance, provides accurate and reliable centralisation. Contrary to spring-bow centralising devises, the Centroller's alignment is independent of the link-assembly orientation and eliminates toolstring pivot points.

Drag reduction: Reach further with up to 50% reduced frictional drag.Unlike conventional centralisers, the Centrollerʼs contact with the casing bore is via a set of wheels within hinged links around the Centroller body.

Vibration reduction: Reduce damage to your toolstring and lower costs. Dual-spring loading on the Centroller link arm assemblies absorbsvibration and shock when traversing the well. This protects instruments from damage and increases tool reliability.
