The purposed of this visual identity system is to unify the
“look” of all our offices regardless of the name and services
which they operate. At the same time, is flexible enough to
accommodate a variety of administration and operation
needs. Key to projecting this new look and establishing a
close link between the company, offices and our customers
are the corporate signature, stationery, signage and support-
ing elements such as color and typography.
Our new brand/logo provides all the tools necessary to
establish a strong, immediately recognizable visual image for
iSHOP. It is the ultimate responsibility of every business head
and our Brand Administration Team (BAT) to ensure these
standard guidelines are followed. We urge all of you to
adhere closely to the Visual Identity System. Through proper
implementation and maintenance, we will present a unified
image national and international - one that will clearly
distinguish us from our competitors.
This manual takes the form of an Adobe Acrobat PDF file
for viewing on Windows PC or Macintosh platforms. The
file can be printed on standard A-4 paper (actual book size
21cm x 21cm), preferably with a color printer.
VISUAL IDENTITY POLICY
Use of iSHOP logo on Commercial Goods
The iSHOP name and logo are registered marks owned by the
iSHOP. These marks may not be used in any medium, other
than approved iSHOP programs, without the approval
of the iSHOP management, or his or her designees. The use
of our iSHOP logo in conjunction with that of an outside
vendor or firm must be reviewed by the iSHOP management.
Vender wishing to use the iSHOP logo on commercial goods
(i.e., T-shirts, bumper stickers, bag, etc.) also must secure
such approval.
All requests for use of these logo must be submitted to the
appropriate party listed above. All manufacturers who
produce goods bearing any of the iSHOP logo/ trademarks
must either be licensed or have received special permission to
produce such products without a formal license agreement.
Any questions regarding the use of the iSHOP name, or logo
should be referred to the iSHOP management or iSHOP
Brand Administration Team (BAT).
This manual provides specific guidelines and standards for
the new visual identity system in all forms of iSHOP
communication. Adherence to these guidelines is vital to
ensure that the of iSHOP is represented in a uniform and
consistent fashion.
To maximize the benefits of the new visual identity, it must be
used in a consistent fashion over time. It is the of iSHOP’s
policy that the logo, type fonts, and endorsement item
described in this manual are the only authorized logo to be
used in all of iSHOP communications. Within the framework
of the new system there is flexibility to accommodate the
needs of units throughout the of iSHOP operation.
The iSHOP Brand Administration Team (BAT), a unit in iSHOP
Communications, is responsible for the new system and for
ensuring that the visual identity of the iSHOP is preserved and
enhanced through effective, well-designed communications.
It manages and monitors the use of the system and makes
system graphics available to the iSHOP community and other
authorized parties. If you have questions concerning the
system or need to obtain graphic signatures, send your query
to the iSHOP Brand Administration Team (BAT).

PRIMARY LOGO
The primary iSHOP logo is the most basic and commonly used
element of the iSHOP identity. The signature is made up of
three components: The hand written type of iSHOP, the
black-color tag and yellow rectangle background. Careful
consideration should be given to the logo’s suitabilityfor each
intended use.
INFORMAL LOGO
The informal signature is for use on casual applications, such
as name tag, product ID, merchandise... The informal logo
may not be modified in any way.
When reproducing the logo, alway use the authorized
artwork provides and resize proportionality.

ACCEPTABLE LOGOS
The “ iSHOP Vertical Logo“ is the official iSHOP logo and is
recommended over all others.
Depending upon the design layout, the following logos are
also acceptable; the “Informal Logo”, the “Rotate Left Logo”
and the “Rotate Right Logo”.
Noted: Do not attempted changes the approved logo colors,
distorted in any way and add any elements to the logo.

Fruitiger LT Standard and in Chinese is the 華康黑體 and 華康明體 .

This secondary color palette is provided as an aid to designing print and Web communications that reflect the iSHOP brand in
tone and style through consistent use of color. Although the iSHOP identity colors are iSHOP Yellow (Y-100 R-15) and iSHOP
Black (K-100), designing effective marketing communications benefits from a more flexible and sophisticated use of color
harmony and contrast.
The 8-color palette configuration below further simplifies color choices by selecting a 2-color combination. Experienced designers
may extend this palette further with the application of good judgment and skill.

This letter demonstrates the format for all correspondence for Toa Optronics Corporation, a company comitted photoelectrics. Frugiter is the recommended typeface for all correspondence. Name and title are in Bold. All type is set at 11pt. with 14pt. leading.
The top margin is set at 75mm from the top of the paper, left margin is 35mm and the right margin is 35 mm. Follow this format for a consistent and professional look to all correspondence produced by the company.
If the font Frugiter is not available, you may substitute it with Arial.
