Evacuation using rapid response vehicles, ambulances and helicopters all equipped with advanced Life Support equipment. – Limit R250,000 per event Guaranteed Hospital admission up to R10,000 for passengers. Legal Assistance helpline Bereavement Lines Disaster management – Emergency Call centre will co ordinate and manage the logistics of the disaster. Roadside Assistant: Flat tyres – R1,250; Battery start/Replace – R1,250; Keys locked in vehicle – R1,250, per incident.

Motor accidents• Notify your claims consultants of all motor accidents as soon as possible. • a Motor Accident claim form Must be signed and completed.• Supporting documents Must be submitted within 30 days of the occurrence.• Always ensure that you keep some claim cards in your vehicle at all times. This will assist you to take down
Third Party and Independent witness details at the scene of the accident.• Please remember that all accidents must be reported to the S.A.P.S within 24 hours.Stolen and Hijacked vehicles• Above losses to be reported to us immediately.• Please have the registration documents at hand when you contact us as certain information is required.• Please bear in mind that certain incidences requires intensive investigation and this could take longer than
