Section 1 : Scope This part of ISO/IEC 17963 -6 (MFI part-6) describes procedures and protocols by those, contents of a registry could be stored and used following the registration metamodel of ISO/IEC11179-3 Ed3 and metamodel defined by each part of ISO/IEC19763 family standards.(1) Contents to be registered

– Registry initial contents• MDR/MFI common registration package• Registry profile

– Domain dependent metamodel• metamodel that were specified by each part of MFI

– Domain dependent Items• Models, ontology, processes and services

Section 2: IntroductionThe ISO/IEC 19763 family of standards defined normative metamodel for registering model, ontology, process model, services and roles & goals. Items or objects specified by those metamodel needed to be registered into a particular registry.This part of ISO/IEC 19763 describe the registration concept, normative core metamodel, and registration process to be done by human, also, registration service protocols.
