It provides the necessary means and services in order to improve the decision making for the benefit of themselves and the systems to which they belong. In response to the contemporary requirements, ISON offers services in Organization, Reorganization and Development of Human Resources. In addition to its role as Systemic Consultant, ISON is a pioneer in Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling, in development, publishing and distribution of psychological tests and in organizing specific professional trainings.

International Associates

ISON works closely with a wide range of companies and organizations,

with which it collaborates not only in matters of know-how, but also in the

transaction of projects.

It exclusively issues and disposes in Greek the famous psychometric tests of

the University of Minnesota and Harvard University.

ISON has the exclusive rights for the Greek language in methodologies of the

European Management Association (CECIOS).

Since its establishment, ISON has standardized and published also tests of

the leading organizations Organizazzioni Speciali (GiuntiOS),

Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR) and the American Institute

for Personality & Ability Testing (IPAT).

ISON is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and

administers 450 tests which are distributed by the world famous organization.

For more than 10 years ISON has delivered in Greece, Cyprus and in other

neighboring countries the projects of Challenger, Gray & Christmas, which

created Outplacement, of Right Management Consultants and of other

international organizations specialized in Change Management.

ISON has represented Greece since 1998, the Career Firms International

(CFI) and is an active member of the International Association for

Educational & Career Guidance.

Career Orientation & Guidance

ISON, since 1993, handles various activities of KEP, the Career Counseling Centre. KEP was the first organization to provide a proper scientific career orientation service in Greece. KEP's activities include:

Performance of individual Career Orientation programs, which include: o Personality, Abilities, Interests, Values and Motives testing o Individual and Family Counselling o Information on training, academic and business matters

Development of a software for the automatic processing of the results of the 24 tests that each examination contains

and the creation of e-mellon, the first Greek cluster of tests that is administered online. Thorough Training for the Career Orientation Counsellors Seminar Planning with focus on:

o Study Methods o Exam Stress Management, o Self-Esteem Boosting o Job Hunting Techniques

Presenting the objectives of the Career Orientation Centre to the public, in collaboration with Schools, Public

Organizations and other Companies

Working closely with IEPAS, the National Centre of Vocational Orientation, the Educational Institute, the Greek Manpower Employment Organization (OAED), the Career Offices of Universities (AEI) and finally Technological Institutions (TEI).

KEP™ provides its services in both Greece and Cyprus, to the general public but also to groups of special needs.

Outplacement

Studies have shown that a high rate of employees over-relaxes in their current jobs and as a result they lose

their jobs and they have difficulties in reintegrating in a new company.

ISON has the know-how and the willingness to assist the individuals who have lost their job to face the new

reality and re- enter the business market fast and easy.

Being a specialist in Career Orientation, ISON has been the first organization in Greece to focus on Business

Outplacement. These services are designed in such a way so that they can represent the needs of both the

people who lose their job and the companies that need to make these employees redundant.

The Business Outplacement Services cover the demands of highly specialized employees, but also of those

who are basically qualified.

Thanks to the Business Outplacement Program the employers are now being trusted more. Their respect

towards their staff creates a better working environment and has great results financially.

European Commission Programs

ISON participates in EC funded programmes for more than 20 years.

ISON's services are based on established methodologies on a variety of educational and consulting

activities, depending on the particular aspects of each project. Among its contribution fields are the

ISON's educational services are addressed to professionals who are working either individually or within

an organization.

ISONtests

ISONtests is a platform able to accommodate any type of test or other questionnaire aimed to be

administered to large numbers of people, in any language. The platform produces individual results in

printable graphs and narrative reports.

The platform can calculate results from questionnaires in the form of multiple choice, forced choice, draw

random items from item pools, or proceed with an examination according to Item Response Theory.

The norms behind each test’s results can be recalculated or modified in any desired way, so as to

correspond to specific populations.

Every qualified professional may become an Examiner with ISONtests, and administer tests to others,

having the option to choose if the results become readily available to the examinees or not.

Examiners are also eligible for gaining access to ‘esoteric’ information like raw scores, answer to critical

items, comparative results, response time for each item, changed answers etc.

The Examiner can choose her/his working space background and add their logo in it and their test

administrations output.

While ISON is offering tests based on mainstream methodologies for use in assessment, selection and

counseling, we can upload any test or questionnaire it may be required and program the production of its

results according to instructions given.

ISONtests are in use in Greece, Cyprus, Switzerland and Dubai.
