1) Registration for the conference is mandatory for all the presenters and co- presenters
and all of them should be ISP members.
2) Abstracts are to be submitted online only at the conference website
www.isppgconvention.com after logging into the individual's profile.
3) Abstracts should be structured as Title, Introduction, Objective, Methodology, Results
and Conclusion for both papers and posters. The maximum word limit is 200 words.
Abstract shall be truncated at 200 words.
4) The scientific committee will have the sole discretion to accept/decline the paper/
poster or change the category or convert paper to poster presentation.
5) All abstracts for posters/papers will be the exclusive property of the scientific
committee.
6) A unique number shall be allotted to each poster/ paper at the time of acceptance of
abstract and shall be communicated to the lead presenter through his /her profile log in.
7) Decision about acceptance / rejection /conversion shall be communicated to the lead
presenter through his/her profile log in.
8) All the presenters (Paper and poster) will be presented certificates of Scientific
Presentation.
9. Certificate for presentation to all the presenters shall be available for download / thprinting through their respective 'log in profile' on 5 April 2020 after 3.00 p.m.

GENERAL RULES
· ONLY ISP MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PAPER PRESENTATION. ONLY ONE MEMBER CAN PRESENT A PAPER.
st· Last date for abstract submission is 1 March, 2020.
· Only the abstracts forwarded duly signed by the respective Post- graduate teacher/ Head of the Department will be considered.
· Paper can be of the following categories :
o Basic Research
o Clinical Research
o Case Report
o Preventive /Epidemiologic Research
o Implants
· Only 400 paper presentations will be accepted based on the decision of the Scientific Committee. The papers should be based on Original work only. Review papers will not be accepted. Papers above 400 will be converted into posters and the presenters will be informed accordingly.

· A maximum of three students can group together for a poster. Any one student should present the poster. Certificate will be issued to all three students, and shall be available online.
