Investing in New Zealand

Empowered Employees

ISS directly employs and empowers our people to be flexible to customer requirements. We train them to understand their customer’s facility, and more importantly, their customer’s vision and how their role supports it. We call this delivering with the ‘Power of the Human Touch’.

Our employees are engaged and passionate to deliver great services, and will go the extra mile to provide memorable experiences. In fact, our unique ‘Service with a Human Touch’ training program, currently being rolled out in New Zealand, teaches them exactly that.

ISS currently holds a primary rating for the ACC Accredited Employer Program. This program allows companies that comply with strict Health and Safety standards to manage their own work injury claims. Health and Safety is a major priority for us, and this rating shows our progress, and the importance placed on it by our business.

Satisfied Customers

We have strong relationships with a number of significant clients in New Zealand across a diverse range of sectors including health, government, commercial and education. Some of these clients are shown on the map on the backpage of this brochure and profiled on the next page.

We are active members of industry associations, and our services underpin a number of New Zealand institutions, in fact you are never far from one of our team members.

What differentiates ISS is how we integrate self-delivered services and utilise technology and innovation to improve how we work. We have market leading FM systems for managing work orders and requests, along with mobile technology to offer real time reporting. This ensures you are in complete control of the service and the quality of what we deliver, which is imperative for managing the relationship.

ISS has a strong presence in New Zealand and has been providing facility services nationally since 2005. We have 1,500 employees across the North and South Island, supporting contracts in both metropolitan and regional locations. Our head office is located in Auckland, and we have regional offices in Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson and Christchurch. This means we have management and administration support locally for our operations teams.
