9th I.S.S.F General Assembly Meeting ********

The 9th I.S.S.F General Assembly Meeting was held on 21st and 22nd Muharram

1437 AH, corresponding to 3rd and 4th November 2015, in Baku, Azerbaijan,

headed by Col. Hamad Kalkaba Malboum, the I.S.S.F Senior Vice-President,

in the presence of Mr. Azad Rahimov, the Minister of Youth and Sport of

Azerbaijan; and 40 National Olympic Committees.

Important Items Discussed: Report of the I.S.S.F Executive Board (2013 to 2015).

Report of the 4th Baku 2017 Games Local Organizing

Committee’s report.

Date of the 4th Games is 12th to 22nd May 2017.

Opening of bidding process for hosting the 5th Games

24th I.S.S.F Executive Board Meeting

The 24th I.S.S.F Executive Board Meeting was held on Tuesday 21st

Muharram 1437 AH, corresponding to 3rd November 2015, in Baku,

Azerbaijan, and headed by Col. Hamad Kalkaba Malboum, the I.S.S.F

Senior Vice-President.

The 2nd Supervision and Coordination Meeting

with The 2017 4th ISG Local Organizing Committee

The meeting took place on 20th Muharram 1436 AH, corresponding to 2nd November 2015, in Baku, Azerbaijan between the I.S.S.F General Secretariat

and National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan, in the presence of Hon.

Azad Rahimov; the Minister of Youth and Sport of Azerbaijan, Col. Hamad

Kalkaba Malboum; the I.S.S.F Senior Vice-President, and the members of the

Supervision and Coordination Commission.

Approval of the proposed dates for the 4th Games by the LOC, to be

held from 12th to 22nd May 2017 inclusive of the opening and closing

ceremonies.
