ISSIP Ideal State q Goals: draw a vision of ISSIP when it is mature and hugely successful. It may take
5, 10, or 15 years to reach. - Define what would it take to get there. - Identify programs that co-creates the most value for members long term and short term,
considering constraints. - Capture in a living document - Get feedback from ISSIP Community, and adjust - Plan to support and promote programs as identified the Ideal State document.
q How we did it… - Identified personas for whom we co-create value: Industry Execs/Seasoned
Professionals, Young Professionals, Professors, Researchers, Government Representative, Ambassador, Student
- Developed a value map for each persona based on their level of contribution to ISSIP
What Emerged: Total Number of Programs in ISSIP today: 28 Which one of these does ISSIP leadership nurture and grow to co-create
most value for ISSIP members in the short term, and in the long term?
