Those who are applying for Building Permit that shall not exceed 1500 square meters in floor area; - Single dwelling residential - not more than (3)-storeys,

- Commercial Building - not more than (2)-storeys,

- Warehouse not storing hazardous substance,

- Renovation within a mall with Issued Building Permit

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

1. Unified Application Form for Building Permit

2. Filled-up Application Form for Locational Clearance 3. In case the applicant is the registered owner of the lot;

- Two (2) Certified true copy of TCT (Transfer Certificate of

Title), on file with the Registry of Deeds,

- Two (2) Copies Tax Declaration

- Two (2) Copies Current Real Property Tax Receipt In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot,

in addition to the above, any of the following;

- Two (2) Copies of Duly Notarized Lease Contract

- Two (2) Copies Deed of Absolute Sale - Two (2) Copies Contract to Sell

4. Four (4) Complete sets of Plans/Drawings and Specifications Signed and Sealed by duly licensed and registered

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

It must be secured after the completion of construction. An Occupancy Permit is required before any building or structure is used or occupied. It is also required if there is any change in existing use or occupancy classification of a building, structure or any portion thereof.

1. Filled-up Unified Application Form for Certificate of Occupancy

2. Five (5) copies of duly notarized Certificate of Completion using the

form in Annex H, signed by the owner/applicant and signed and

sealed by the duly licensed Architect or Civil Engineer in-charge of

construction, and one copy of the construction logbook. If the

construction was undertaken through a contract, the Certificate of

Completion shall be signed by the contractor/Authorized Managing Officer

3. Three (3) sets As-Built Plan (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Sanitary/Plumbing, Mechanical, Electronics, Sign Permit) *signed

and sealed by professionals

construction, and one copy of the construction logbook. If the

construction was undertaken through a contract, the Certificate of

Completion shall be signed by the contractor/Authorized Managing

Officer

3. Three (3) sets As-Built Plan (Architectural, Structural, Electrical,

Sanitary, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electronics, Sign Permit) *signed and

sealed by professionals

4. One (1) photocopy of the Valid Licenses of all involved Professionals (e.g. Professional Tax Receipt and the Professional Regulation
