Wednesday, 10 April 2013 – School Day

08:30 : Bus from the Hotel to School

09:00 : School day. A short meeting with the school headmaster Mr. Fatih

Kamil Bilgin - School tour.

10:00 : Welcome activities. (Guitar recital by the ESR student, Enes Hünsoy)

10:15 : Presentations by the school groups.

11:00 : Coffee break for teachers and students

11:00 -11:15: The project coordinator (Greece) presents -in a snapshot-, the

progress of the project so far and the obligations for the current meeting and

until June 2013.

11:15-13:00 The meeting organisers provides a WORKSHOP on how to work

for a show/broadcast in a ‘full circle’. Full engangement of students and

teachers in mixed group.

13:15 : Lunch offered by us.

14:00 : Visiting National Radio Station “ALEM FM”, Making interview with ESR

teams.

17:00 : Coffee break in Pierre Loti hill.

issues.

12:00 – 13:00 : Live Broadcast from the school ESR Server.

It is very important, that the show must be organised well. We need the following group: ● A responsible to set up the technicalities (The greek team). ● MUSIC ready, prepared and organised (DJs). We need one or two students. ● PRESENTERS we need at least 3 or 4 presenters overall. ● Schools must be ready to LISTEN to the LIVE show . Please promote to your

listener.

General departure of all delegations.

Please Attention

1. We have to pay cash for Hotel before when we go into hotel.

2. For free entrance of museum please bring your passport with you.

3. Hire Bus + Guide = 95 TL per person

4. As you know we aren’t a member of EU for this reason if you can change

Euro into TL,it would be better for you.

(1 Euro = 2,35 Turkish Lira). Some places may also accept Euro.
