• INTRODUCTION The screen design solution document provides detailed information about a screen in iSupport Case Management Project. This document describes the complete functionality of the screen, and includes mock-up screen shots of the proposed screen layouts to augment the narrative.

SCREEN ID: FINS – Financial Summary

SCREEN DESCRIPTION: The FINS – Financial Summary screen allows workers to view, add and modify existing Income and Expense details associated with the inquired Actor ID. Workers can update this information, as it becomes available, throughout the life of the iSupport case.

SCREEN PROCESS:

• The FINS – Financial Summary Screen supports the following screen functions by authorized users:

• View Income and Expenses – This function is used to view current and historical Income, Expenses and Assets records by Actor ID.

• Add Income and Expenses – This function is used to Add current and historical Income, Expenses and Assets records by Actor ID.

• Modify Income and Expenses – This function is used to Modify current and historical Income, Expenses and Assets records by Actor ID.

DATA MANAGEMENT:

INQUIRE MODE:

To inquire, the user must first select the View Income and Expenses screen function. To inquire, the user must enter the Actor ID associated with Actor ID field, and press Enter or click on the Find button. The system response will be:

• The standard Actor-based screen header displays for a valid Actor ID.

• The Actor Header: Date of Birth, Case Number, Non-Disclosure, Identification Number, and Other Identification associated with the entered Actor ID.

• The Income tab is shown by default on the FINS screen and the user has the ability to view Expenses and by selecting the Expenses tab. The fields displayed for each tab are populated based on:

• Data manually entered on the FINS screen.

• When the Income tab is first accessed, the current record displays on Top by default.

• In the Income tab and the Expenses tab the following information is displayed: • The Grid section: Relation, Income Type, Frequency, Amount, Begin Date, End Date and

Updated By fields.



• In the Assets tab the following information is displayed: • The Grid section: Assets Type, Market Value, Ownership, Joint (Specify), Additional Details,

Begin Date, End Date and Updated By fields display the worker ID associated with the entered Actor ID.

ADD MODE: In Add mode, the FINS screen allow users to capture new financial information related to the entered Actor ID. By default the Convention/Other Form radio button will be selected. The Currency, Relation and Income Type are required fields in the Income tab. The system enables enterable fields on below tabs: • In the Income tab the following information is displayed:

• The Grid section: Relation and Income Type are required fields, Frequency, Amount, Begin

Date, End Date are optional and Updated By field is display only field.

• In the Expenses tab the following information is displayed: • The Grid section: Relation and Expense Type are required fields, Frequency, Amount, Begin

Date, End Date are optional and Updated By field is display only field.

• In the Assets tab the following information is displayed: • The Grid section: Assets Type is required field, Market Value, Ownership, Joint (Specify),

Additional Details, Begin Date, End Date fields are optional and Updated By fields is display only field.

Modify MODE: In Modify mode, the FINS screen allow users to capture new information or update existing information related to the entered Actor ID. By default, Currency is required fields in the Income and Expenses tab. The system enables enterable fields on below tabs: • In the Income tab the following information is displayed:

• The Grid section: Relation, Income Type both Fields are Display only Field, Frequency is

required, Amount, Begin Date, End Date are optional and Updated By field is display only field.

• In the Expenses tab the following information is displayed:



• The Grid section: Relation, Expense Type both Fields are Display only Field, Frequency is required, Amount, Begin Date, End Date are optional and Updated By field is display only field.

• In the Assets tab the following information is displayed: • The Grid section: Assets Type is Display only field, Market Value, Ownership, Joint (Specify),

Additional Details, Begin Date, End Date fields are optional field and Updated By field is display only field.
