Will America rise from the dead? Easter has come and gone. Christians everywhere across the Nation celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The question remains: Can a nation be reborn? Can America be great again? Donald Trump thinks so...and millions of new voters think so. But the establishment is fighting Donald Trump because he does not believe the way that they believe. They, the Republican hierarchy, have the imprimatur on what is conservative and what is not conservative. Trump is like Martin Luther in the 1500s, when he declared that the Pope and the establishment Church were selling indulgences. The Establishment in DC is just like the ecclesiastics way back then, trying to raise money by promising to bring people out of Purgatory for a few pennies. Today

it is a promise of financial salvation if you vote their way. Luther was put on trial before the entire hierarchy of the Roman Catholic Empire Church. They were about to burn him at the stake for actually challenging their conservative views. But Divine Providence had other thoughts for this portly Monk who married a nun. Major Renovation Starts on Dartmouth

On March 8, 2014, the Saint Augustine Tea Party (SATP) acquired the Dartmouth from its builder Glenn Lord. The Dartmouth, a float and stage, has had a colorful past since its creation in 2009. Most notable was the 2010 trip to Washington, DC. to the massive Tea Party Movement rally. Numerous Republican Officials and candidates have spoken from her decks here in St. Augustine and around the State. The SATP has entered the Dartmouth in many parades and moored her at a local flea market for a time where thousands of people have visited her.

Photo by TCC Staff In addition, she has celebrated the 4th of July at the Castillo de San Marcos, St. Augustine on two occasions being viewed and photographed by more than 120,000 people.

The Grand Old Lady Needs a Facelift Seven years of exposure to the elements caused the stern and aft decks to dry rot. Also the ship’s fascia and trim are in poor condition. The Tea Party reports that volunteers have stepped up to renovation the boat for this year’s remaining events. Lance Thate, Chairman of the SATP said, “The Dartmouth is scheduled to be at the Castillo de San Marco on July 4, 2016. And, for the first time in many years, the Tea Party plans to enter the Veterans Parade in Jacksonville, Florida in November and, of course, the St Augustine Christmas parade in December. Our volunteers assure us that the work will be complete in time for the Fourth of July festivities at the Fort."

Open House at Camp Liberty About three years ago, Lance Thate, the editor and publisher of this report, realized that he had to reinvent his retirement. The

Photos by TCC Staff financial meltdown of 2008 changed his business life forever. Thate’s grandparents faced a similar situation in the 1930s. At the age of 50, they moved to Plainfield, Wisconsin, where they cut virgin white pine from the 80 acres they purchased. The harvested wood was hauled to a mill where it was cut into dimension lumber. This material source was used to construct their farm home and outbuildings. Farms in remote rural areas had no indoor plumbing or refrigeration or even electric power available at the time. However, this dairy farm was modern, by most standards of the era, as it had a wind charger, which supplied DC lighting and enough power to operate a radio, according to Mr. Thate.

The Last Hooah! Camp Liberty, as it is called, is Thate’s last building project. Mr. Thate has been a residential developer his entire life. Now at age 79, it is finished with this endeavor designed in a style reminiscent of rural structures of the early 1900s. Thate calls it his pre-progressive house. A conscious effort to avoid the use of plastic and concrete surfaces was employed. Overhead doors are nonexistent on the outbuildings. All mill work, doors and cabinets are handcrafted. The only hints that the house is new are the windows; they are aluminum thermal-panes, so necessary for Florida’s humid and hot conditions. “The problems that I faced were twofold: First, that I really was too old for the nature of the work required; and Second, that I also lacked the funds to complete it. Thanks to the help from Tea Party volunteers and my own stubborn nature, the project has been completely finished. I come from stock that held to American values. I was instilled with the can-do spirit of America. When I started the project I did not know whether I would survive, but I knew if I did, it would extend my life. Well folks, I’m still here,” Thate said.

The Diverse Group Attends Open House A select group of liberty minded people attended the housewarming, traveling from Central Florida and surrounding counties in Northeast Florida. And, of course, those of the St. Augustine Tea Party and neighbors to Camp Liberty were also present. An old-fashioned Southern barbecue was enjoyed by all.

The interior of the house is an eclectic collection of Mr. Thate’s past memories. Particularly, mementos of his world travel. When asked if it was time for sitting in the rocking chair on the porch, Chairman Thate responded, “My weary bones would welcome that, but we do not live in an era where such a luxury is possible. The liberty of every American is under assault by the alien collective philosophy so prevalent at all levels of government today.” Mr. Thate went on to explain that, “The battle to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, must be fought. Individual liberty is man’s most noble goal. Camp Liberty was constructed with a dual purpose. I believe we have created a video stage set here. Our Tea Party plans to produce and publish videos promoting the concept of individual liberty. We invite all to join us in this endeavor.”

It’s Universal…Indict The Town Criers are a committee of the St. Augustine Tea Party and conduct political polls in the historic district of St. Augustine, Florida on a regular basis. The people on St. George Street change daily and represent people from across the country. A group of Town Crier volunteers took to the streets on April 9, 2016. The question was, “Should Hillary be indicted?” It was a

Photo by TCC Staff very easy poll to conduct because everybody wanted to participate. The St. George Street polls are random selection. It was difficult to get a random selection because people from all walks of life volunteered. The official results of the St. George Street poll are as follows:

Should Hillary be indicted? Yes 93% No 7%

There is Anger Among the People The anger demonstrated by the public towards the Clintons is not being reported by the mainstream media. Most of the people who engaged the Town Criers displayed varying degrees of anger towards Mrs. Clinton. When asked if they were angry, a typical response was, “I AM VERY ANGRY!!” The Democratic insiders are ignoring this phenomenon. That’s why you have Bernie Sanders. The Republicans insiders are equally guilty. That’s why you have Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. The GOP response is, "we need a new face". According to the Town Criers, we don’t need a communist, Bernie Sanders. And we don’t need a new face, as the GOP leadership suggests. We need a new political party.

Tea Party Divided Nothing political just happens; all is the result of someone’s effort. This is a view that is widely held by political activists. Yet there is no evidence that the emergence of the Tea Party Movement was the result of an organized effort. In 2008 a known Communist was elected President of the United States. The reaction was a populist movement that exploded on the scene. The spark that set it off was a TV rant by Rick Santelli on CNBC.

Massive GOP Establishment Deception The gigantic populist Tea Party movement that started in 2009 is the anti-establishment of today. About half of the anti-establishment people are in the Cruz camp; the other half are Trump supporters. United Cruz, Trump forces vastly outnumber those who have ruled with impunity for so many years. To distort the reality, the GOP leadership encourage their media pundits to continually promote the idea that about 65% of Republicans are opposed to the Trump candidacy. The relevant number, however, is that the combined Tea Party, IE: anti-establishment forces, outnumber the leadership elite two to one. Not since the Goldwater days has a Republican establishment been so threatened. In 1964 Nelson Rockefeller, representing the New World order leadership of the Republican Party, was booed off stage at the national convention in Los Angeles. United, that same opposition to the leadership, would happen again in Cleveland in 2016.

GOP Leadership Pack Delegates with their Own Political decisions do not occur in a vacuum. GOP leadership operatives, we believe, are operating in both the Cruz and Trump campaigns. Their purpose is to create strife and division. It appears they are being very successful. Delegate selection is being conducted through the same corrupt process that has existed for over 50 years. It is based on contribution of funds or commitment of service to the party. If a conservative is selected, they must prove to the establishment that they will support the progressive New World Order agenda. All this is done in the name of party loyalty. The corruption within the party causes it to make very poor candidate decisions.

America is waking up to the fact that a new majority party must be formed.

The Process is Shoplifting Delegates It's just amazing how stupid the average American voter is. Year after year they vote for a President who promises to fix all their problems. And time after time, they are disappointed. The Wednesday after the election they are back to work. Those not working await their next government check. Children are born. People die. The Presidency, on an individual's daily life, is irrelevant. Unfortunately, those who are playing with the stupid American voters are not only as stupid, but suicidal. The most brilliant Harvard lawyers, the political savants like Karl Rove and Charles Krauthammer and best of the best talking heads have been 'played'. The Dems have gangster style "Super Delegates" and the wannabe crooked Republicans are just shoplifters in comparison. Shoplifting delegates is bad enough. But bragging about it is the height of folly. The public may be stupid but they are street smart and they know a thief when they see one...particularly, when the thief is wearing a lawyer's tie and jacket. We The People, as dumb as we are, know that both parties (the Political Class) are stealing the Peoples votes. The system is rigged and is imploding, and both Trump and Bernie exist because of it.

IT'S THE

COUNTRY,

NOT THE

PARTY! GOP Uses Shenanigans in Florida Delegate Selection

The Republican Party of Florida’s (RPOF) Congressional District 6 Caucus met Saturday, April 2, 2016, at the

Volusia County Republican Headquarters in Holly Hill , Florida. The Caucus was made up of GOP Officials from

Volusia, Flagler, St. Johns and Putnam Counties. They were there to elect 3 Delegates and 3 Alternate

Delegates to represent Congressional District 6 (CD-6) at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland

Ohio.

In an attempt to investigate the process of the actual delegate selection, this publication sent a reporter to the

caucus. This person, a Republican Executive Committee member, an enthusiastic Trump supporter and Tea

Party activist made an application to be considered as a delegate to the upcoming Republican National

Convention. Our insider also attended the Holly Hill conference to assess the process of delegate selection

which the whole country is talking about. The general public is under the impression that delegates represent

candidates who won their primaries. According to the AP, Donald Trump won the Florida GOP Primary with

45.7% of the vote, Rubio at 27% and Cruz at 17.1%. With this impressive performance, Trump secured all 99

delegates. Trump was the winner in 66 of Florida’s 67 counties. The only County Trump did not win was Marco

Rubio’s home base, Miami-Dade County. In spite of Mr. Trump’s impressive showing, we can report that the

delegate selection has nothing to do with the Primary results. We

can also report that the Never-Cruz and Never-Trump groups

were not primary factors as is widely reported in National media.

The real process is just a “Good Ol’ Boy” reward system, which is

really about maintaining the status quo. The system employed in

Florida is the favored process among a majority of states of the

nation.

Cruz Trump Delegate Disputes are a Smokescreen

To Cover Up Back Room Deals According to William Korach’s message to St Johns County Republican Executive Committee (SJC REC)

members, “One Delegate and two alternate Delegates were elected from St. Johns County; SJC REC Chairman,

William Korach was elected Delegate; Paul Porter and Stuart Epperson were elected as Alternate Delegates.

Remaining Delegates were from Volusia County; CD-6 Caucus Chairman, Tony Ledbetter and Republican State

Committeeman, Alan Burton who were elected Delegates and Joseph Fieldus, Volusia County Trump

Campaign Chairman was elected as an Alternate Delegate.”

Our insider reports that the delegate selections were all made before the caucus. Shameful back room deals

between St. Johns and Volusia Counties’ party officials trading money and/or influence for delegate seats for

the Republican Convention in July. An upstart Tea Party activist who dared to apply for a delegate seat was

admonished and the right to be a Precinct Captain was challenged by SJC REC Chairman, William Korach. In

addition, anonymous threats of libel lawsuits were received. Eric West, Recording Secretary of the SJC REC,

took it upon himself to define the process, implying that it was an honor to serve as a delegate, at the National

Convention, that was bestowed on people who provided exceptional service to the party. Caucus attendees

went further and suggested the seats could be bought by making substantial donations. This true picture of

delegate selection is covered up by the Cruz, Trump delegation disputes.

The long-standing reward tradition that some call corruption and others call honorable resulted in two

counties, Putnam and Flagler, receiving no representation at all. Trump was not

the only one who got a raw deal. Women and people of color were left out for

consideration circumventing RPOF rule 10.D.5. This rule requires racial and

gender representation to be a factor. All delegates and alternates selected were

older white men. The failure to adhere to 10.D.5 was brought to the attention of

Blaise Ingoglia, Chairman RPOF pictured right. His response was, “…… Rule 10D5 is

not a mandate for equal representation. It is an apparational goal. The law of

averages basically evens this out over the course of the delegate selection

process.”Clearly the rules are intended to be broken for the good of the party’s

leadership. Ingoglia is known by some as a “Party Animal” and is associated with

the Jeb Bush-Marco Rubio, wing of GOP in Florida.

GOP Corruption Extends all the way to Precinct Level

The Chairman of the St. Augustine Tea Party (SATP), Lance Thate, recently addressed the Greater Republican

Club of St. Augustine. His presentation was primarily a discussion of various accomplishments of the SATP over

the past five years. The Republicans appeared to be impressed with level of the Tea Party’s activity. Many of

the Republican Club’s members expressed their concern about the GOP leadership in Washington. This was in

Page 10: It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an ...saintaugustineteaparty.org/pdf/Town Crier Committee... · Page 1 of 14 `“It does not require a majority to prevail, but

response to Thate’s criticism of Jeb Bush and the progressive wing of the Republican Party. While there are

many good conservative Republicans at the local level, the party leadership on a precinct level is grossly

influenced by the Republican Party of Florida, which is greatly influenced by the Republican National

Committee. “The tactics that we experienced in the writing of this article are the same as I experienced as a

former REC member representing the 508th precinct of St Johns County, Florida. In the name of “Party

Loyalty”, anyone who would dare to be critical of the Party would come under attack and would be

threatened. Clearly, no one who wished to advance within the party would dare expose the party’s

corruption,” SATP Chairman

Thate explained. Continuing,

“We’ve seen it all before as

our Tea Party struggled with

the Republican party’s policy

of control or destroy. We

have never demonstrated in

front of the Democratic

Executive Committee

Building because they just

hate us and that’s OK.

Photos by TCC Staff 2011

The Republicans, on the other hand, never

shared our views, but wanted to control us

because of the numbers we could turn out

at the Tea Party rallies. The SATP protested

at numerous REC activities and meetings to

gain our independence. One such

demonstration is shown above. Now here

we are with our Tea Party candidates in

their craw and they can’t spit us out. 140

million dollars and Bush got his butt kicked. Karl Rove is the progressive architect of failure.”

The Tea Party Movement is now called the Anti-Establishment by some. Call them what you will; they’re still

the same people. Half are in the Cruz camp, the other half in the Trump camp. And,

the delegates are just made up of party hacks. Are these the faces of people you

want making the decisions? Party insiders have been doing the “process” so long that

they don’t even see the corruption. Will “dirty tricks politics” save the Country as the

GOP bickers about the "process"? And, all the while the Democratic Party defecates

on the Nation with their brand of corruption. The Tea Party lives.

“It’s

Great to

be Loved” Photos by TCC Staff

The Public Loves the

Tea Party ” It’s great to be loved,” St. Augustine Tea Party

(SATP) Chairman, Lance Thate, declared. “The

public loves us because we tell the truth. The

Tea Party movement has never accepted

political correctness.” The Town Criers, a

committee of the SATP, engaged the public in the historic district of St. Augustine,

Florida on April 30, 2016. Their acceptance by the public is a phenomenal site to

behold. They carry provocative signs flying in the face of political correctness. The

Hillary For Prison , sign pictured here, will be seen a lot during the upcoming

election according to Paul Hooker, a long time political activist, who joined the

Town Crier volunteers for today’s outing.

Hillary Despised by the Public “Hillary is despised by the public. Mrs. Clinton cannot win the election; she will

have to steal it. Only the corruption of the Republican Party can give her that opportunity. If the Republican

leadership nominates a Bush, Rubio, Kasich, Romney kind of a guy, or if they fail to support the Tea Party

nominee as they did, for example, in the Senatorial contests in Nevada and Delaware in 2012, then, Hillary

Clinton will become the next president,” Chairman Thate said. In a St. George Street Poll taken April 9, 2016,

93% of the people polled wanted Clinton indicted. The Town Criers are of the opinion that only the corruption

of the two political parties could secure a victory for Hillary Clinton.
