It is an organic farm, there are 6 people working on it: 4 full-time people and 2 people in charge of the animation for young handicapped persons and groups of children to show them how a biological farmer works.As it is a biological farm, they have to cultivate their fruits and vegetables according to the seasons. They use organic fertilizer.

They have robust races (species which do not risk the cold). They feed them with locally grown food they produced themselves. They treat their animals with herbal remedies. Mature animals are taken to the slaughterhouse.

The products (fruits, vegetables, cereal) they grow are sold to restaurants, schools, to the market, organic stores and in the baskets of the Val de Loire. They use short distribution channels. Mr and Mrs Touzeau also sell their products on the farm.

Riding school

The riding school is an place where we learn how to ride horses, how to take care of them.It's managed by Denis Lalanne, there are 30 horses and ponies.There are Shetland ponies, double ponies and horses.Horseriding is a recreational sport,practised with passion. We pass tests to determine our level .
