For Curbside Service, customers review the library catalog and place titles on hold. The customer then emails the Library staff

at [email protected] to advise when he/she will pick up the items. Library staff will then locate the account and the

customer’s hold list, gather the items and bag them. When the customer is at the curb, call the library staff and they will take

the bag of items to him/her.

o Customer visits BealeFSS.com/Hub-Zemke-Library and chooses the Library Catalog button

o Customer will be prompted to log in with their library User ID and PIN

o Customer can email or call 634-2314 for their login information

o Customer chooses titles and places them on hold

o Customer emails us at [email protected] or calls library staff at 634-2314

o Staff will look for the holds in the customer’s profile and gather the items. Library staff will also place a digital

resources brochure and ICE comment card in the bag.

Books are returned via drop box located in front of the library; once material is returned, it will be wiped down and

quarantined for three days to limit possible transmission between personnel.
