His contributions, active participation, application of his academic career skills in charitable organization are highly appreciated. Baba that every citizen must get ‘EDUCATION’ & ‘MEDICAL’ facilities “FREE OF COST”. After six decades from independence India is yet unable to provide medical and educational facilities at nominal cost smoothly. India’s large population, corruption, inefficient management, ineffective allocation of funds and low welfare-oriented attitude in leaders is the root cause of this. Under these circumstances NGO and Public Charitable Trusts play a very prominent role. Manav Welfare Trust is also one of the respectable NGO/ Public Charitable Trust.

Because of my intimacy with one of the Honorary Trustee CA. Vinod Khimjibhai Shah, I am fully aware of the trust’s History and present status. According to me there are some of the remarkable features .

Foresightedness is used in selection of Location.The trust is situated in the prime Location

of Greater Mumbai, the heart of the Metropolitan city Mumbai i.e. Dadar T.T. Circle. My friend has used his foresightedness to acquire appropriate location with the lowest capital investment.

Novel Idea Implemented in REVENUE SHARING tie-up with doctorsFundamentally it is a very tedious job to purchase

medical machinery especially for those who do not have medical background. Besides no trustee is a doctor to face this difficulty. My friend implemented NOVEL-IDEA. He invited likeminded Doctors to start their medical – activities with their own machinery, medical equipments and other accessories. He could succeed to implement this NOVEL idea of REVENUE SHARING system However, trust management insisted to provide facilities at Charitable Rates affordable to common people. This idea saved the Trust a huge fund blockage in medical equipments. Naturally interest is also saved. Precious Time is also saved to establish medical set-up.

necessary. My friend has taken deep interest and invited employees of surrounding banks, BEST employees, college/school non-teaching staff, Senior Citizen associations.

Employees are employed and they earn their livelihood through Manav Welfare Trust.

hours daily for trust’s Management he has implemented number of economical measures to save cost in each item.
