Individual needs

We provide meals for a range of dietary needs including texture modified meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian and multicultural meals.

Best Nutrition

Our menu items are dietitian approved and our suppliers are licensed by the NSW Food Authority or HACCP accredited. Our suppliers use the latest nutritional guidelines when developing seasonal menus. We use a range of suppliers in order to provide greater choice for our customers. Good nutrition and healthy eating will support your ability to increase independence.

What would you have to pay?

Your NDIS budget plan pays the provider to prepare and deliver the meal to you. Before NDIS, the provider was paid directly by the Government to prepare and deliver the meal to you. And now, just like before NDIS, you still only pay from your own money for the meal ingredients at the same cost that the service provider paid to buy them because NDIS will not pay for the food.

How NDIS works You need support approval from NDIS in your plan so that we can deliver meals to you.

Yes, I need meals delivered You will need Meal Delivery placed on to your plan. Inform your NDIS Planner 1800 800 110. If the NDIS Planner agrees that meals are reasonable and necessary, then you just need to contact your local Meals on Wheels Service.

Agreement When NDIS has approved your meal support we will meet with you to complete a Service Agreement and a Service Booking. You can then discuss meal options with us and the meal delivery can then begin.
