!  The Chapter with AME has produced a Position Statement “Replacement Therapy for Primary Hypothyroidism” (in press)

!  Continue with formal, structured collaborations between the two Associations

!  Establish a partnership with the European and Mediterranean countries Chapters

!  ECNU (Endocrine Certification in Neck Ultrasonography).

!  This certification, based mostly on the AACE certification, is an innovation of great importance for those of us in Italy engaged in the thyroid ultrasound procedures. 11
