MEP The MEP Division, promoted by ITCE, under-takes complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Building Services for large and medium sized facilities. One of the most reputed MEP Contracting company in Qatar, we have executed projects for petrochemical companies, private institutions and main contractors for developing commercial, educa-tional, industrial, residential and retail proper-ties.

Certified by Kahramaa as Grade A MEP contractor, we are part of the small elite group in Qatar that have the license to execute ultra large scale MEP projects without an upper limit. This certification enables us not only execute projects for ITCE but also for other contracting companies which needs our exper-tise in executing large scale MEP projects.

Our expertise lies in planning, supply, installa-tion, testing and commissioning of the MEP projects according to international reputable Standards and Norms. We work in close coordi-nation with Kahramaa to have inspections at every stage for substation and internal electric works. The MEP division is managed by well-qualified professionals who were involved in Major Electrical Projects throughout Qatar. With their expertise, experience and supervi-sory skills, we provide quality and cost saving engineering solutions for MEP services.

STEELIn line with its mission to provide a wide range of services under one roof, ITCE started the structural steel and stainless-steel fabrica-tion division. The core strength of the division is the large fabrication complex equipped with state of the art machinery along with the workforce of experienced fabricators/ certified welders who have the talent for preci-sion machining and advanced welding techni-ques. Every aspect of the project starting from design, material procurement, fabrica-tion and erection is managed by the best professionals in business. An experienced group of engineers ensure prescribed quality standards are met at each stage of develop-ment to deliver quality product within the specified time frame. Regular updates on the progress of the project are provided to the clients to schedule the final installation at the site. The scope of services we provide to the lients depends entirely on the requirement for that project. We have the experience of working with exotic metals including many varieties of steel like mild steel, carbon steel and alloy steel.

Since 2003 ITCE Trading Division has been the One Stop Shop for all construction Equip-ments, Accessories and Consumables in Qatar. Moving away from the industry practice of being product/brand specific dealers, with the intention of providing comprehensive servi-ces, ITCE Trading set up its first showroom stocking all the products and brand related to the construction industry.

We have not looked back since then and have grown from strength to strength. Today, ITCE trading has a central warehouse at Street No. 47 and segment wise ware houses at Street No.43 and Street No.47 of Doha Industrial Area.

While most suppliers just take orders from the customers and place back to back orders with suppliers, ITTC trading has entered into long term tie ups with the manufacturers. We stock large volumes of all the items and are able serve you instantly. Our clients appreciate that the items are available just in time and they do not have to invest in space to stock items. Project Title – Design and Build of National Materials Testing Laboratory

Client – Ashghal

Project Description

In June 2015,ITCE was given the responsibility to design and build a state of the art materials testing laboratory for Ashghal. The laboratory comprises 3 testing zones, namely soils and aggregates, concrete, and bitumen and asphalt. ITCE, in collaboration with partners IMM SA, Switzerland and ACE, Qatar has produced a world class design for the laboratory which will be fitted out with bespoke furniture and an unparalleled selection of state of the art materials testing equipment.

ITCE will construct, fit out, calibrate the equipment and train the Ashghal staff to enable the laboratory to achieve ISO 17025 accredditation.

Laboratory Design

The interior design of the National Materials testing laboratory is crucial. It is essential that the staff can conduct their activities in a building which takes all of their needs into consideration. In order to ensure that the laboratory is ergonomically functional, ITCE has partnered with IMM SA of Switzerland, an internationally recognised laboratory design specialist, to provide technical design support.

IMM SA are involved with ITCE from planning and inception, through construction to commissioning and hand over of the laboratory. Ensuring that Ashghal receive a Swiss designed testing facility.

The Testing Equipment

ITCE is supplying a suite of laboratory testing equipment which will enable Ashghal to perform all currently specified tests on soils, aggregates, concretes and asphalts in line with Qatar Construction Standards (QCS ) 2014

In addition the testing equipment provided will enable Ashghal to perform research and development tests using cutting edge technology.

ITCE is supported in this project by Controls (Italy) and IPC Global ( Australia ) to deliver a suite of world class testing equipment which will ensure that the Ashghal National Materials Testing Laboratory has the highest specification of equipment in the GCC.
