PROJECT SUMMARY

The ATAC-project aims at the development of automated test approaches for effective and efficient quality assurance of complex and highly configurable systems. This will be done by re-using existing mature techniques and providing a systematic and tool-supported quality assurance process.

OBJECTIVES

n Analyse the current situation for system quality assurance n Develop and enhance high performance methods and tools n Deploy methods and tools for quality assurance of large and complex software-

intensive systems

UNIQUE SELLING POINTS / BUSINESS VALUE

n Broad set of applications with common concerns enables cross-domain sharing of best practices

n Based on industrial case studies n Demonstrators are used for validation and broad

deployment

EXPECTED RESULTS

n Clear understanding of requirements for quality assurance of large and complex software-intensive systems

n State-of-the-art methods responding to industrial needs

n Tool support for different domains, aiming at integrated tool sets
