School Sites bull A userrsquos view in IBTP is dependent upon the

site ID provided in the SSO For example bull District Leadership and Staff with a site ID of 9001

(for the County Superintendentrsquos Office) in theidentity file will have access to all district data

bull School Leadership and Staff with a specific school site ID in the identity file will have access to data for that specific school

bull Teachers with a specific school site ID in the identity file will only have access to data for their classroom at their school


School Sites bull SSO may hold more than one school site now


Processing Information bull Online

bull Processed on the hour Monday through Saturday from 500 AM to 1000 PM Sunday from 500 AM to 600 PM (Allow 10 minutes for processing to complete)

bull File bull Processed every night after 1100 PM

Exception The maintenance window is the 4th weekend of every month Processing is suspended during maintenance‐ Friday night at 600 PM thru Sunday at 900 PM Then normal processing resumes
