Alcatel’s new Twin TRX radio transceiver doubles the capacity ofexisting equipment, while occupying the same space in the rack.The new Twin TRX is particularly adapted for densely populatedurban areas, with a maximum capacity of 24 TRX per BaseStation cabinet. Twin TRX transceivers can be installed in the fullrange of Alcatel’s indoor and outdoor BTS.
