Golf at Cottesloe Golf Club with shared motorised carts

Cottesloe Golf Club is a well manicured private

member's club, with wide sweeping fairways

and fast greens. Founded in 1908 the Cottesloe

Golf Club established its first links course close

by the sea in the then sparsely populated Perth

suburb from which it took its name. It has a

great variety in hole length - from driveable par

4 holes to exacting long holes with a smattering

of everything else in between and set over a

varied topography.

After Golf: A true West Australian experience

something those of us on the East coast don’t get to experience!

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and travel south to Mandurah, stopping on the way to

play golf.

The Golf Club Kennedy Bay is a Links style

course situated amidst undulating sand

dunes and natural bushland. It has a

magnificent northerly vista over Warnbro

Sound and the expanse of the Indian Ocean.

Exceptionally fast running, tight, dry, gently

undulating couch fairways wind through

sand dunes amongst western coastal

wattle, grevillea, sedges and lillies. The

native scrub is reminiscent of Scottish Gorse

and Heather.

Golf at Secret Harbour Golf Links with shared motorised carts

Secret Harbour Golf Club was designed by the

renowned golf architect and player, Graham

Marsh and has long been regarded as one of

Australia’s best kept links golf courses. Secret

Harbour reflects the style of the traditional

Scottish courses such as Muirfield, Turnberry

and St. Andrews. To all golfers who are used to

treelined parkland courses this will present a

totally new and exciting challenge, and one to

be savoured.

Included today is a pub style lunch at the

clubhouse.

Thursday 24th August 2017

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and travel south to Margaret River, stopping on the way

to play golf.

This par 72, 18 hole championship course is set

amidst undulating ocean dunes and thick coastal

scrub, combining beautiful inland play with an

awe-inspiring seaside challenge. A series of

unforgettable ocean views form the focal point

for no less than eight holes and certainly leave

the golfer with a wow factor that will have you

talking long after the round is finished. It is

spectacular to say the least.

Gourmet Food & Wine Tour of the Margaret River Region (included)

Today we will graze our way through

Margaret River with visits to gourmet

food producers, some of the many

award winning winery cellar doors and

possibly some of the areas many

microbreweries. This region,

characterised by suburb growing

conditions for many wine grape

varieties, produces a massive 20% of

Australia’s premium wine. Meandering

from cellar door to cellar door today will

be easy and spectacular, with vistas of

farmland, wine country and the coast.

This morning, is yours to relax; spend it as you like. You may want to escape to the Pullman Bunker

Bay’s Day Spa award winning, Vie Spa, or discover inner peace with a morning yoga class, or take an

invigorating walk to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, before you re-join the group for our final experience.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the person making the booking and all other persons on whose

behalf the booking is made. Clients booking by telephone, facsimile, web or e-mail will be deemed to

have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions set out below. Therefore, please read them carefully.

As Golf & Tours Pty Ltd is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect to the supply of any

element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind,

delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by

other third parties unless caused by our negligence.

Flights

This tour requires a minimum of 11 golfers to proceed. Please do not book your flights until you have

been advised by Golf & Tours that this tour will be proceeding. If minimum numbers are not achieved,

you will be offered a full refund or opportunity to transfer your deposit to another tour.

Travel Insurance

Golf & Tours Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time

of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional

expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are

responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.

The payments made to G&T for your tour are non-refundable. Travel insurance will cover you for

unseen circumstances that may force you to withdraw from the tour.

Pricing

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, Golf & Tours Pty Ltd

acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from our suppliers of the travel services

and products listed in this itinerary. We will bring to your attention any change in price prior to you

paying the balance of the tour. N.B some golf clubs, hotels, transfer companies and travel service

providers reserve the right to increase their pricing due to increases in green fees, hotel accommodation

charges and currency fluctuations etc. Where the increase in price is greater than 10% of the original

price of the tour, you may choose to either:

(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or

(b) accept the change of price

You must notify Golf & Tours of your choice, in writing within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase

or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.

Payments

Golf & Tours accepts the following payment methods: Direct bank deposits, cheque and credit card

(Visa, American Express or MasterCard N.B a credit card processing fee will be applied).

A deposit of $400 per person is required to secure your place on this tour. Please indicate on the

booking form how you wish to make this payment.

The balance will be due 60 days prior to departure ie. on 19th June 2017. Golf & Tours will contact you

prior to this date, advising of the full amount owing, minus the deposit already paid, giving you the final

balance owing. If you wish to make this final balance payment earlier than this date, please contact Golf

& Tours Pty Ltd.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by the client must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:

• Cancellation before final balance payment is required: Deposit lost or option to transfer full

deposit to a subsequent tour

• Cancellation after final balance payment has been completed: 100% of the tour cost charged

If the company is forced to cancel a tour, a full refund or option to transfer full deposit to a subsequent

tour will be offered to the client.
