Day One
Meet at the Heliport at Sydney
Domestic Airport before boarding
your private helicopter charter. All
aircraft offer superb cabin comfort
with luxury leather interior and BOSE
noise cancelling headsets. Our sleek
and stable helicopters with a cruising
speed of 245kph will give you an
unforgettable view 500ft over Sydney
Harbour before taking the scenic
coastal route to Magenta Shores.

Before your round, you may like to
have lunch at Barretts Restaurant.

Magenta Shores Golf & Country Club

2 Nights – One Bedroom Villa
Terraced into the natural bushland surroundings each villa
features a king size bed, ensuite, private balcony, kitchenette,
air conditioning and a spacious dining and living room with
entertainment unit. The resort provides 24 hour reception,
casual and elegant dining options, a main bar, boutique
whiskey bar, a variety of swimming pools, tennis courts and
Golf Pro Shop.
Day Two
Golf at Cypress Lakes Golf Club with shared motorised carts
Located in the beautiful wine district of the Hunter Valley,
this picturesque golf course offers stunning panoramic views
of the Hunter Valley’s famous vineyards and the surrounding
Brokenback mountain range from each tee and green.
Afternoon Enjoy a private wine tour of some of the
Hunter Valleys best, small boutique wineries in a luxury van,
concluding with a cheese and wine matching experience.

Day Three
Hunter Valley to Bonville via private helicopter charter
This morning, choose to indulge in an optional spa
treatment at the world renowned Golden Door Spa or start
your day with a Champagne Breakfast at Peterson House,
recognised specialist producer of sparkling wine in the
Hunter Valley. After a relaxing start, you will again take to
the air to fly over the stunning Hunter Valley, stopping on
the way for a wine tasting before making your way to
Bonville.

Day Four
Golf at Bonville Golf Club with shared motorised carts
The Par 72 championship course rises and
dips through the serene and beautiful
layout with each fairway isolated and
private from the next. It’s great appeal lies
in the fact that it will stimulate and
challenge golfers of every standard. The
only disturbance as you meander along in
the whisper-quiet electric carts might be
wildlife scuttling into the bushes or birds
singing in the treetops. Look closely into
those same treetops and you might spot a
family of koalas feasting on the leaves of
the Blackbutt, Ironbark and Tallowood
trees.
Option Afternoon helicopter tour of the beautiful Coffs Coast Region
Day Five
This morning you may like to play a quick 9 holes before taking to the air via private helicopter charter
for your departure from Bonville. You will fly along the stunning New South Wales coastline with the
option of visiting renowned Cassegrain Estate's cellar door for a wine tasting, located right in the middle
of the working winery. Afterwards, you will board the helicopter for transfer to the award winning Bells
at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa, where you will enjoy a true culinary experience; the 5
course Degustation Menu.

After lunch, you will again board your private helicopter for the scenic flight, taking in the panoramic
views and beaches on the NSW East Coast, back to Sydney Heliport.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the person making the booking and all other persons on whose
behalf the booking is made. Clients booking by telephone, facsimile, web or e-mail will be deemed to
have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions set out below. Therefore, please read them carefully.
As Golf & Tours Pty Ltd is only acting as an agent we have no liability in respect to the supply of any
element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind,
delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by
other third parties unless caused by our negligence.

LUGGAGE
Soft bags compulsory to carry 15kg of baggage per person, which includes carry on luggage. Your golf
clubs will be transferred separately by car, and will be awaiting your arrival at each of the golf courses.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Golf & Tours Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time
of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional
expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are
responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.
The payments made to G&T for your tour are non-refundable. Travel insurance will cover you for
unseen circumstances that may force you to withdraw from the tour.
PRICING
Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however, Golf & Tours Pty Ltd
acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from our suppliers of the travel services
and products listed in this itinerary. We will bring to your attention any change in price prior to you
paying the balance of the tour. N.B some golf clubs, hotels, transfer companies and travel service
providers reserve the right to increase their pricing due to increases in green fees, hotel accommodation
charges and currency fluctuations etc. Where the increase in price is greater than 10% of the original
price of the tour, you may choose to either:
(a) cancel the applicable booking without incurring any penalty; or
(b) accept the change of price
You must notify Golf & Tours of your choice, in writing within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase
or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase.
PAYMENTS
Golf & Tours accepts the following payment methods: Direct bank deposits, cheque and credit card
(Visa, American Express or MasterCard).
A deposit is required to secure to book this tour. The balance will be due 90 days prior to departure. If
you wish to make this final balance payment earlier than this date, please contact Golf & Tours Pty Ltd.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations by the client must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per person:
• Cancellation before final balance payment is required: Deposit lost or option to transfer full
deposit to a subsequent tour
• Cancellation after final balance payment has been completed: 100% of the tour cost charged
If the company is forced to cancel a tour, a full refund or option to transfer full deposit to a subsequent
tour will be offered to the client
