1 INTRODUCTION
This site survey is planned for F&G systems in QG-1 ITR06,
08 and 09 in order to collect required
information for systems engineering. A joint review meeting
shall be held at QG to discuss the
outcome of this site survey and clarify queries. Planned date
for the site survey is 10 th-11th Dec 14.

2 SITE SURVEY AGENDA/OBSERVATION

1.1.Confirm the count of Combustible Gas detectors vs
SFD and ABB Ladder.
1.2.Identify MCBs for existing F&G feeders and
additional feeder for SOVs.
1.3.Identify DCW ELCO cables, these cables will not
be unplugged or removed at all. Other ELCO cableswill be
disconnected from ELCO boards
1.4.Identify space in Marshalling cabinets to
accommodate SIL-3 Relays.
1.5.Get clarification from QG about any pendingqueries related
to ITR06 F&G.
2 ITR08 F&G

3.1. Identify DCW ELCO cables, these cables will not
be unplugged or removed at all. Other ELCO cables
will be disconnected from ELCO boards

3.2. Identify space in Marshalling cabinets to
accommodate SIL-3 Relays.
3.3. Identify MCBs for existing F&G feeders
3.4. Identify F.O. links between MCR ITR09 LocateF.O converter
in ABB cabinets
3.5. Identify the connector type for F.O. cable between
FO converter and Patch cord Panel. Record the port no.for
ITR09.
3.6. Discuss with QG the requirement of FO linkbetween MCR to
ITR09.
3.7. Get clarification from QG about any pending
queries related to ITR09 F&G.
