International Table Soccer Federation

The ITSF Table Soccer World Tour is a series of tournaments organised every year under the aegis of the International Table Soccer Federation (ITSF), the authority that oversees the practise of table soccer worldwide. The 60-plus-tournament ITSF World Tour is divided into three categories : interna-tional tournaments, 5 World Championship Series (WCS) events and 1 World Cup. Each of the World Championship Series events is a « mini World Cup» on each ITSF Official Table. The World Cup, the culminating point of the foosball season, is played on all 5 tables, which correspond to different styles of table soccer playing.

The WCS events and the World Cup are largely covered by the media and followed by the public: more than 15 000 spectators attended these competitions in 2010. Over 500 qualified players from about 40 countries attended the 2011 edition of the World Cup to try to win the titles in the following categories : Singles, Doubles and Disabled (for players in wheelchairs) in the indivi-dual competitions and Men’s, Women’s, Junior and Senior in the national teams competitions.

Eurosport 2 is broadcast in Europe into

countries. Our events are also broadcast on

Eurosport in Pacific Asia in 15 courntries.
