Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s iconic Sci-Fi TV show blasted on to television screens in 1965. Using a unique puppet system known as Super Marionation, Thunderbirds became an instant hit with families. Set in the year 2065 on a secret island base, affectionately known as Tracy Island, the series stars the Tracy family, their London agent Lady Penelope and teenage genius Brains, who together battle the forces of evil, as International Rescue.
