Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis

Nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated RAW 264.7 macrophages assay.

Conclusion

Essential oil of C. osmophloeum twigs and cinnamaldehyde have excellent anti-inflammation activities and thus have great potential to be used as a source for natural health products.
