LNTRODU/TLON

The Committee of the Ivanhoe Cricket Club has the pleasure in submitting the Annual Report of performances and activities for Season 2015/16.

The Ivanhoe Cricket Club had as a mission, at the start of the 2015/16 season, to promote and advance the participation rate of the merged clubs. In Season 2015-16, Ivanhoe Cricket Club fielded four senior teams in the VSDCA, 8 Junior sides comprising of 2 Under 11’s, 2 Under 13’s, 1 Under 14, 2 Under 16 and 1 Under 18 sides. Along with this the Club continued the growth trajectory of its MILO T20 programme, fielded an Under 15 team in the VSDCA J. G. Craig competition and established a Veterans team in the ECA Veterans Competition.

This season was the 110th anniversary of the club and the 102nd anniversary for the club home ground at Ivanhoe Park. The first match at Ivanhoe Park was played in Season 1913-14, on the 13th November.

With the additional teams of the merged clubs in 2015/16 games were held at both Ivanhoe Park and Chelsworth Park. Friday night saw Chelsworth Park host junior and Milo T20 Blast cricket, while both Chelsworth and Ivanhoe Park were utilised across Saturday and Sunday.

In presenting this report, I would like to pay tribute to the hard work of the volunteer committee, coaches and organisers that contributed their time, effort and organisational skills in making the year of 2015/16 a successful one.

PRESLDENTS REPORT

Season 2015-16 is now reconciled to another chapter of ICC History. This has been an extra ordinary year in the clubs history. It has been a massive journey that commenced in June 2015 with the decision to merge ICC and EISCC into one united club. Now that we are at the conclusion of season 2015-16, the overriding consensus is that has the look and feel of one united club and the direction looks great. It has not been an easy year with a great deal of settling in. There will always be room to improve and this is no more evident than in our on-field results. We have much to improve if we are to be a powerhouse Melbourne metropolitan club. That is okay. There is an exciting air of optimism around the club and I look forward to 2016-17 already.

With a large amount of structural change at the commencement of season 2015-16, achieving stability and unity of effort was always going to present a challenge. This was no more evident than in our MILO T20 Blast programme that witnessed a massive growth this season. This programme is the nursey end of the club and investment here is vital to building the future stars at ICC. Friday evenings at Chelsworth Park with sixty kids enjoying T20 Blast, music playing and picnic blankets surrounding the park was a beautiful sight. Thanks must be extended to the team from Cricket Australia, Tim Cheesewright and John MacLeod for their coordination and the senior players and parents that assisted with running matches.

The juniors had a mixed season that saw limited team success but a promising display of individual talent across every age group. The introduction of senior players coaching at each grade level was received with almost universal success. My gratitude is extended to the senior players and the parent team managers who invested in each of our age group teams. With continued investment and refinement of how we prepare our coaches, managers and players, the club will realise improvement with on-field team performances.

In the senior ranks, Season 2015-16 has been a trying one. For the first time in eight years, no senior team has qualified for finals. It is to be hoped that we put this behind us next season and rebuild during the off season and preseason for 2016-17. Consistency of player availability would appear to be central to improving ICC success.

The recent club survey has provided some great feedback on what we are doing well and also where we need to invest for the future. This is entirely reliant upon the good will, voluntary effort and support of people willing to give their time and ‘make it happen’.

As the curtain came down on season 2015-16, the club received the long awaited news that the redevelopment of the Ivanhoe Park club rooms was to become a reality with work due to commence in mid April 2016. This facility was built in 1971 and had a minor renovation in 1987. It is long overdue and our thanks must go to the combined driving commitment of all tenant clubs over a number of years, primarily the IJFC who have led this cause.

To the committee who I have been privileged to work with in season 2015-16, thank you! You each share in the success of what the club is becoming and its direction. Your individual contributions during season 2015-16 have been noticed and I thank you for what you have done.

Have a great winter and I look forward to Spring 2016 and the return of the sound of willow on leather.

TREASURER’S REPORT

This season saw the club merge the two books of accounts for Ivanhoe Cricket Club and East Ivanhoe Saints Cricket Club with both positive and negative returns. The new ICC continued to build upon the foundations set in the two previous years through an established sponsorship programme and following a plan for regular fund raising activities and social functions. The most obvious change brought about by the merge was the significant increase in subscriptions. The club now has four subscription revenue streams; including MILO Programme, Juniors, Seniors and Veterans. With continued growth, each of these revenue streams should also return increased funds to the club.

The programme of social activities and fund raising did not achieve the anticipated returns for the club in season 2015-16. Despite the large member base and increased member demographic, social functions were either poorly attended or had to be cancelled due to lack of numbers. This has had a significant impact upon the clubs financial bottom line. The consequence from this is that subscription funds were needed to offset the significant cost of new club clothing. A key cost element of the merger arrangements was the need to be seen as a new club entity through the player clothing. The cost of this was forecast to be distributed between subscriptions and revenue generated from social function attendance. This did not occur.

In summary, the following advances were achieved:

• The merge of juniors and seniors, increase in participation in the MILO Programme and introduction of veterans saw the clubs yearly subscriptions increase significantly.

Areas that need greater attention include:

• The significant cost outlay for clothing. While this is clearly driven by the merger, and the introduction of new items, it is suggested that the club seek a cheaper supplier or seek a greater discount for clothing purchased.

• Despite the club merger, no additional sponsorship revenue was added to the existing ICC sponsorship programme from the previous year.

• Bar expenses. Payments to bar staff totalled $5,500. An amount noted was not worth the return on investment. A more cost effective method for how the bar operates and is managed is believed necessary.

• After a strong year with functions the previous season, this year we saw the revenue from functions decrease substantially.

• Debt totalling approximately $10,000.00 owed for ground rent. This needs to be continued to be paid off over the next season, and possibly renegotiating prices/payments to both Ivanhoe Grammar and Banyule City Council.

We have plenty of challenges to work through next year, however with sustained growth and dedicated focus to increase sponsorship, the club will continue to grow and prosper into the future.

SO/LAL CUN/TLON’S REPORT

Social events this season comprised a variety of formats in an effort to suit all members of the club across a new, very broad demographic. Functions were held at Ivanhoe Park and Chelsworth Park as well as local venues. The social program was established at the commencement of the season in an effort to assist players and supporters with planning in their diaries and commitments. Unfortunately, despite the effort put in by function organisers, attendance at functions remains an issue with a number of functions needing to be cancelled due to less than required RSVP’s. The social calendar for season 2015-16, included:

• Season Launch • Life Members Dinner • Bollywood Night • Comedy Night • Ladies Champagne Evening • Sponsors T20 Match / 2K Draw • Gala Night – Evening with Mark Taylor at Clifton Hill Brew Pub • End of Season BBQ – MILO T20 Blast Programme • Presentation Night – Juniors • Presentation Night – Seniors

Our appreciation is extended to the Clifton Hill Brewpub who continued as an enthusiastic sponsor for many club social activities. They have supported formal and informal club functions this year. Rosemary, Daniel, Niamh and the team at Clifton Hill Brewpub were always helpful in assisting with coordinating events and ensuring each occasion was a success.

Season Launch: Friday 26th Sep. Held at Ivanhoe Park, the season launch raised the curtain on the 2015-16 season. The Junior season launch was held earlier in the afternoon and was highlighted by many young and eager cricketers exploring the Gray-Nicolls range of equipment offerings on display and for sale. Our appreciation to GN for their continued support of the ICC. This was an enjoyable late afternoon drinks and BBQ for new and old club members and their parents to meet in a social environment and a first public look at the new merged clubs of ICC and EISCC. The Seniors, whilst attending their own training session, gave the juniors a warm welcome jog by the club rooms, before they too, enjoyed their own season launch later in the evening.

/omedy Night: Saturday 27th Nov. The comedy night proved a memorable night, sadly enjoyed by too few members of the club. With three acts on offer, the laughs were plenty, even if they were often at our own expense at times. The entertainment went on into the wee hours of the morning and the entertainers certainly hung around to share a few drinks and get to know the players and supporters who attended.

Page 13: IVANHOE CRICKET CLUB · 2016. 6. 7. · The Ivanhoe Cricket Club had as a mission, at the start of the 2015/16 season, to promote and advance the participation rate of the merged

12

Sponsors T20 Match / 2K Draw afternoon: Sunday 21st Feb. The Sponsors XI Team took on a look that largely resembled the old and bold of the ICC and some of the up and coming talent, versus the Veterans XI. The match was played in excellent spirit and was witness to a spectacle of good sportsmanship and camaraderie across the club demographic. The result went down to the final over of the match and resulted in a win to the Sponsors XI team. Following the match, club members were treated to an amazing club room lunch consisting of a variety of spit roasted meats and an array of salads, the likes never witnessed before at ICC. Chelsworth cuisine reached a new high point. After lunch the 2K Draw commenced. The spit roasts, music and a few drinks were an enjoyable way to spend a Sunday afternoon as those entered, waited to see if their number would last the distance and win one of the many prizes on offer. In all, local sponsors provided forty prizes to the afternoon draw, culminating in a $2000.00 cash draw as the final prize shared by Richard Skok and Aaron Appleby.

Gala Night: Wednesday 2nd Mar. This event is a long standing part of the social calendar. This year’s event was a magnificent night for all adult club members, senior players, loyal supporters and sponsors to dress up a little and enjoy a great speaker, good food and dinner in comfortable surroundings. This years’ speaker, Mark Taylor, was magnificent. He gave a very good insight into his time as captain of the Australian team, playing with a number of notable legends of the game as well as his commentary career with Channel 9. An exceptional speaker, great Australian cricketer and good bloke who was very comfortable at the ICC function. It is becoming customary on such special evenings that Tim Donohue (past ICC legend) MC the event with all the flare, good humour and professionalism that we have come to appreciate on this special night. Thank you to the Clifton Hill Brew Pub for the great food and service that we all enjoyed at this function.

End of Season BBQ – MLLO T20 Blast Programme: Thursday 19th Feb. Chelsworth Park late on a summer afternoon with a BBQ sizzling is a regular attraction for club members. When you add a group of excited T20 Blast kids and their parents sharing a few drinks and nibbles, the end of season BBQ was an excellent evening. The boys and girls all received a small award for their involvement and contribution to the club. The photo (shown in the Annual Report) is a great reflection of the enthusiasm and enjoyment that the T20 Blast programme has provided this season. In years to come, we look forward to many of these young players enjoying a home at ICC as they progress through the age groups in their cricketing career.

End of Season Presentations – Juniors: Friday 4th Mar. After a season of many new beginnings, the end of season BBQ was a good opportunity to reflect on the achievements of our young up and coming players and look to build upon this base for the future. Following a season of mixed weather conditions, Friday 4th March turned on a spectacular evening for the presentation night. Not entirely burnt out by the season passed, many of the boys took to the main oval for games of back yard cricket with equal competitive tension at stake. As the evening progressed, each team, watched on by parents and friends, witnessed our coaches recount the season and notable performances before presenting team awards. Team photos and lists of award winners are contained in this report.

Page 14: IVANHOE CRICKET CLUB · 2016. 6. 7. · The Ivanhoe Cricket Club had as a mission, at the start of the 2015/16 season, to promote and advance the participation rate of the merged

13

Presentation Night - Seniors: Friday 1st April. To mark the end of any season, the player presentation night recognised the performances of our teams and individuals. It was also a great evening to recount stories from the season past, discuss plans for the winter, and for the really keen, set the goals and objectives for next cricket season. The highlight of the night was the technical prowess displayed with the presentation slide show of awards and the MC efforts of Nick McKenna. Marcus MacLeod and Mick Malloy are to be congratulated for their efforts and professionalism in putting the slide presentation together. Congratulations to all our individual award recipients. Special mention to our season club champion, Ryan Fort and Clive Pearsall Award winner, Jason Quayle, for a great season.

CLRST ELEVEN SEASON REPORT

2015/2016 was a season for change for the Ivanhoe First IX with the introduction of new club Captain,

Michael Letson, and the integration of East Ivanhoe and Ivanhoe players into one team. While the season

began positively with a strong win over Croydon and a tie against Noble Park, more challenging months

followed. The side was unable to snatch any points from their remaining games of the calendar year

which rounded out a disappointing start to the season. After the Christmas break, the side returned more

competitive and vigorous with valiant defeats against Mt Waverley, Balwyn, Brunswick and Bayswater.

Eventually, the hard work and progress paid dividends with the sides most exciting result of the season

with a 1 run; last ball victory against arch rivals Preston Cricket Club in what was Ryan Fort’s 150th game.

The First XI finished the season in a positive and competitive manner, rounding out the season with a hard

fought 13 run loss to Box Hill where Todd Morris and Sam Wilcox showed positive signs for the next

season by scoring quickly and positively. The loss to Box Hill completed a difficult season for Ivanhoe that

posed several challenges to a side with many new, young faces. However, the performances in the back

half of year and the character shown bode well for the future of the First IX.

Most significant individual praise should be reserved for two senior players in the side; Ryan Fort and Mick

Letson. Ryan Fort had an outstanding season, finishing with a career best 42 wickets at 15.5 and 264 runs

at an average of 24 – an exceptional effort! While Mick Letson’s statistics are not as impressive, Mick was

able to stand up in his first year as captain with both bat and ball, and more importantly provided

invaluable leadership that the young side yearned for. The way the side was able to respond in the second

half of the season is a testament to the time and effort put in for the Ivanhoe Cricket Club.

Other individuals throughout the season performed strongly, James O’Brien being a consistent performer

with 17 wickets at an average under 24 in his first season and Raji Ratnayake completing the season

strongly with 329 runs at an average over 25.

Although a disappointing season, the First IX will take many positives out of the character and effort

shown after Christmas and approach the new season with renewed optimism and self-belief.

SE/OND ELEVEN SEASON REPORT

Season 2015/16 for the 2nd XI was one of great change and learning. Whilst a talented squad which often fielded a blend of experienced and upcoming players most weeks, we were unable to find the stability in selection (29 players played 2nd XI cricket throughout the season) nor the consistency in performance required to feature in finals.

We finished the year with a 5-0-8 record, 3 and a bit wins (or 19 points) outside of finals and like the previous two seasons, the gap between our best and worst ultimately shortened our season. Wins against top 6 teams, Plenty Valley and Preston, showed our best was good as the benchmark sides, but it was losses from very winnable positions that highlighted much work is needed to narrow this gap. An example of this was against Kew where they managed to scrape together 122 after being 8/49. And then we were 0/31, only to be bowled out for 108.

While the team result didn’t turn out as hoped, there was still plenty of to be proud of. Jason Quayle and Sam Norman led a bowling attack with great distinction all season that most weeks won the battle against the opposition batsmen. Jason bagging 24 wickets for the season was unbelievable achievement given he has been a consistent 3rd XI player in the past. A credit to his work ethic and maturity as a cricketer and a person.

Whilst on the batting front, some high points were had. Aaron Williams class ridden 79 and 84* in the first couple of rounds were brilliant innings to watch. Also, Todd Morris crafting 88 against Bayswater after a lean patch in the 1sts was as good an innings you will see and real testament to his character. But overall, 2nd XI stalwart Alan Jones was again the standout in what was a quiet year for the batsmen.

A great highlight for me personally was to see 2nd XI players pushing their way into the 1st XI. Aaron Williams, Sam Norman and Jason Quayle all managed to break into the 1st XI and get their opportunity at the highest level in the VSDCA. A fantastic achievement. In addition, it was also a privilege to have players from the lower XI’s work their way into the side for the first time. Simon Heather, Rajiv Kumar, James Galloway, Patrick O’Brien and Scott McNaughton all showed that they deserved the opportunity and performed admirably.

I would like to thank the Ivanhoe Cricket Club for giving me the opportunity to skipper the 2nd XI this year. It was a great privilege and a great deal was learnt. No doubt I have come out the other side of this season a better leader and person.

Finally, despite our lack of success, it was a memorable year. The team’s conduct on and off the field was excellent across the season. With a few tweaks and some stability in personnel, I have no doubt this team can be a contender in the near future.

Go Sainters!

THLRD ELEVEN SEASON REPORT

The season ended with a convincing win against Altona, but really highlighted that the 3rds

team had plenty of talent and was a very skilled playing group, but just batting inconsistency

let us down during the second half of the season.

We finished in 9th position with just 4 wins, having got ourselves into a winning position in at

least 5 other matches, but just couldn’t finish the game off with a decent batting

performance.

There were a number of individual highlights during the year, including a wonderful debut

hundred from Scott Becker (102*), Paul Wilson 95, Simon Heather (89 and 94*), and Tom

Coster (81). From a bowling performance there were a number of standouts including Jason

Quayle 5/29, Shahan Ahmad 5/36, Scott McNaughton 4/19, Lawrence Martin 4/12, and

Dwayne Hooper 5/10 off 11.1 overs.

We had over 25 players represent the 3rds this season, which in many ways does not help

stabilise a team. Only one player played in all matches and one other who missed just one,

so it was difficult dealing with constant team changes. However as Captain I have really

enjoyed the privilege of leading this team and representing the Ivanhoe Cricket Club and

sharing life experiences with the lads/men on and off the field. The spirit and friendship

within the team was always of the highest standard, and that is a major part of why we play

cricket – to enjoy the experience with your friends. Thank you guys.

U18 – Season Report 2015-16

The 2015/16 under 18’s season began with high hopes. A great group of kids had been assembled to form what was on paper a formidable side, comprising of a number of school 1st XI players from both Ivanhoe and Marcellin as well as a number of promising prospects. The explosive starts of Casey, the class of the likes of Smith and Nadalin and the grit and resilience of Spokes meant we were in for a big season. The season began with a close loss but it was our round 2 bye that unsuspectingly set what would be the common theme throughout the rest of the season. This was unfortunately Friday nights without cricket. Due to either rain, heat or a bye, the boys missed a total of 5 nights of cricket meaning out of 9 rounds we only had 5 completed matches. This proved to be a huge frustration as every time we seemed to be finding cohesion and hitting form as a team we would be faced with yet another week without playing. Despite these frustrations and the season ultimately not going as successfully as hoped, it should still be noted that there were a number of highlights and memorable moments along the way.

Playing his first game of cricket for the season, and first game in a few years, Daniel Motalli’s sublime century to get us over the line against Burwood Uniting Canterbury was an absolute privilege to watch. The efforts of opening batsmen James Casey earned him the batting award for the season. His consistency across the season and positivity at the top of the order was key to team performances. Matthew Hook our bowling award recipient was again someone who succeeded through persistence. Even on days when it wasn't going well he always pushed through and ultimate reaped the rewards. The efforts of our captain Cam Smith also need to be mentioned. Captaining a side that is struggling on field is never an easy task but he always stuck at it and was still leading from the front scoring a great 49 at the end of the season. To all the other boys I haven't mentioned, Ryan, Nick, Aaron, Anders, Ned, Tom, Callum, Alex, they all contributed to

the side throughout the season and their attitude to train, improve their game and most of all enjoy their cricket should be highly commended, especially when times were tough.

Whilst I would have loved more on field success it was still an absolute pleasure to coach this group of young guys and I can't wait to see how they progress in the future. Hopefully, I'll have the experience of playing cricket alongside some of them in the coming years as they progress to senior cricket.

U16A – Season Report 2015-16

A season to forget for the U16A’s ended without a single victory on the board. However, this

doesn’t paint a true picture of 12 lads who, despite set-backs, kept coming back for more.

The team were probably 10 dropped catches from winning 4 games! It goes to show that

catches do win matches. Season highlights included Tommy ‘VVS’ Halls’ 47 away at Glen Iris,

a game which literally slipped through our fingers, against a side who would go on to the

finals. Small margins. Ben Bretel proved that hard-work really does pay off, his half-century

at Burwood shows how far he has come and how much potential he has. Again the game at

Burwood could have been so different but for our butter fingers to strike at the crucial

moment. Tommy Bullens’ 4 wicket burst against the physio’s instructions almost set us up,

he looked a fine bowler all year when he pitched up.

Captain courageous, Conner O’Brien often went unrewarded with the ball when he

deserved better and often went unrewarded with the bat when smacking long hops down

deep square legs throat! He does however, have much to offer, is a fine captain, and will be

a fine player. Tom Inglese threatened to score runs all year until he did in the final game

against Kew. Kew were a better side than us, but for 20 more scampered singles and a

couple of sharp drops, again things could have been different. How pleasant a win there

would have been given the two hours we wasted in the rain against the same opposition

before Xmas. Adam McKern, Gabe Battistella, Oscar Giardinazzo, Callum Eddings and Hugh

Marslen all had their moments as well.

It will have been a year of tough defeats for these 12 young men, but it should stand them

in good stead going forward. Hard work does pay off, catches win matches and cricket is

won and lost by fine margins.

U14 – Season Report 2015-16

A Win, a Great Run Chase, a Maiden Fifty, it was a great way to end a tough season. It was a

solid performance with the ball to bowl the opposition out for 177, Ben Joiner (2/7 from 5

overs) and Kuzy Santo-Tomey (2/17 from 4) were the standouts. But it was Bryce McManus

who turned the game in our favour with the key wicket, bowling the key batsman for 49.

In response we cruised to 65 from 12 overs before our first wicket fell, Pranav Chilamkurti

for 15. Vo Schofield showed dominated form before retiring for 60 after a 60 run

partnership with Joey Dolezal. After Joe Dolezal (37) and Ethan Cheesewright's (7) wickets

fell Bryce McManus (25no) and Jonnie Kuch (6no) guided us to a 7 wicket win with 5 overs

remaining.

Throughout the season every player improved but as a group we were unable to find

consistency, especially with the bat. The competitiveness the boys showed during the

season encourages me. We finished the year with a 1 win – 4 draw – 3 loss record.

Despite our lack of success, it was a thoroughly enjoyable year. I can sit back at the end of

the season proud of the way the boys conducted themselves on and off the field. I have no

doubt that the boys in this team will be contributing to ICC for many years to come.

U11 Blue – Season Report 2015-16 The 2015/16 Under 11 Blue team commenced the season fielding eight boys in the first few rounds of competition. Despite having numerical inferiority, the lads took on the competition with gusto and more than admirably acquitted themselves in the NMCA u/11 South competition. As the season progressed past the Christmas break, the team ranks increased to 10 players. This ensured each boy had equal opportunity to improve their batting and bowling skills and their appreciation and knowledge of the game.

Throughout the season, this team provided the opportunity for three boys to have the experience of captaincy; Trent McManus, Alistair Timms and Alex Viola. Each of these boys learnt that responsibility and individual performance can be demanding. To their credit, they each brought their own brand of captaincy to each match and learnt from their experience. Good job guys!

With the ball, Sam Pisasale, Luke Tange and Alex Duske showed the most dramatic improvement over the course of the season. From the commencement of the season to where they each finished was a pleasure to witness. Good luck to each of you for your continued improvement.

In the batting stocks, the same can also be said for Curtis O’Brien, Christian Tsiavas and Harry Drew. Each may have started the season doubting their ability to hold the bat and score runs. By the last round, each recognised within themselves an ability to focus and contribute to the team result.

Will Hatfield has been a standout performer with bat, ball and wicket keeping gloves. A true all-rounder and a young man who has untapped ability and could easily progress if he maintains his current enthusiasm for learning the skills of the game.

Over the course of the 11 Round season, the u/11 Blue team had only one stumble in Round 5 in a rain affected match. Other than this match, they maintained a very positive batting, bowling and fielding ratio that would suggest they are a force to be reckoned with in future seasons when wins, losses and finals come into calculations.

Perhaps the highlight of the season was the local derby match with the Ivanhoe Red team. Having trained together throughout the season, many going to the same school, this match was as close as it gets to sibling rivalry. The match witnessed the separation of parents on the boundary line as both teams tussled in the closing overs. The cruel irony of the match came down to the fact that the team with the most runs lost due to losing more wickets in their pursuit. The Ivanhoe Blue team were victorious, a final deficit of just one run at the conclusion of 20 overs per side. A fitting result to the two ICC teams that have been so successful this season. It was a pleasure coaching them.

T20 BLAST SEASON REPORT

Milo T20 Blast Junior Cricket entered its second year at ICC this season after the success of last year.

The Milo programme surpassed all our expectations with the Friday night extravaganza building strongly on last year’s success.

The skill sessions and development of our young players was greatly enhanced this year with the program being run by Cricket Australia.

As was evident by the enthusiasm of the kids each Friday night, 8 weeks of music and fun was just not enough. The Milo T20 blast had blossomed into a Friday night event of some 60 children. How good did Chelsworth Park look with every oval filled with Cricket Games?

Friday night games were held at Chelsworth Park under the direction of Cricket Australia coaches. The passion shown by the boys and girls was fantastic and over the eight weeks there was noticeable improvement in all the children’s skills.

Thank you to the parents for bringing your children to cricket – we hope you all enjoyed it!

Thank you to Cricket Australia who ran the event.

While last but not least, a big thank you to Tim Cheesewright for your assistance in coaching and running the T20 program. Next year, Tim is stepping down from this position after a successful program, we look forward to the new team continuing the successes Tim has put in place.
