To Whom it May Concern:
I've been Jennifer Long (Erin Long) supervisor for a little over one year from May 2005
through April 2006. While I wish her only the best and fully understand that she must
advance her career, I'm truly sorry to see her go. It has been a pleasure having her on my
team in the Calibration Department.
Erin is a Calibration Technician on my staff, and she handles the calibration of equipment
throughout the company. She is of the highest caliber that meticulously researches,
completes, assists other technicians, and writes calibration procedures within my
department. During this short time I've had Erin under my wing; I have received many
compliments from my internal customers who rely on Erin's skills rvhen calibrating
equipment, and her dedication to customer support in those areas she supports forcalibration.
Erin is an innovative self-starter" who rarely needs supervision. She is punctual and
typically exceeds expectations. She's had perfect attendance since she started in the
Calibrailon Department back in May 2005 to present. She handles pressure well, and willvoluntarily work overtime as needed to finish projects. She is efficient in planning
projects, and conscientiously adheres to company standards and guidelines. She is an
enthusiastic dedicated employee with reliable work habits, and often does not need
guidance or supervision, but willingly accepts it when offered. Erin is consistently
successful in improving her skills, and works hard to do so.
you'd be hard pressed to find any employee more dedicated than Erin, and I recommend
her as a rock-solid addition to any team.
Sincerely,
