Safety EN 62311 (2008) following the provisions of the directive(s): 1999/5/EC of March 9th, 1999 (The R&TTE directive). and to which this declaration relates is in compliance with requirements of the directives:

2011/65/EU of June 8th, 2011 (the RoHS2 directive) and

1907/2006 of December 18th, 2006 (the REACH regulation) and

2009/125/EC of October 21st, 2009 (the ERP directive)

RoHS compliancy is valid at finished product level and single component- and part levels. Assessment is done using EN 50581 (2012). REACH compliance means that the product is categorized as an article under the REACH regulation and that it does not contain SVHC's (Substances of Very High Concern, listed in the June 2012 REACH candidate list) in concentrations above 1000 ppm. GN Netcom continues to monitor the candidate list status as part of our certification activities.
